Oven Tangri Kebab Veggie Macaroni Salad

1.Make deep cuts on drumsticks and rub with first marinade. Keep aside for 15 minutes.2.Then mix all the ingredients for second marinade and pour over the drum sticks. Keep aside for 1 to 2 hours.3.Pick out the drum sticks from the marinade and place on a grilling rack.4.Place the rack on the middle shelf of the oven. Grill, basting with oil.5.When cooked, dip in beaten egg mixed with cashew powder and grill again till the coating is set.

6- Chicken drumsticks or chicken legs3 -cups butter milk with salt

First marination¼ -teaspoon turmeric powder¼- teaspoon cumin powder¼- teaspoon garam masala 1/2 -teaspoon kashmiri red chili powder1/2- teaspoon ginger garlic paste1 tablespoon -fresh lemon juiceSalt as needed1/2 -teaspoon mustard oil

Second marination1 -teaspoon ghee2 -tablespoon hung curd2- tablespoon besan flour 1 -teaspoon mint sauce or grounded mint leaves1-EggFew-Cashew powder

2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni

1 large tomato, seeded and chopped

1 cup frozen peas, thawed

1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat

cheddar cheese

1/2 cup chopped celery

1 hard-boiled large egg, chopped

2 green onions, sliced

DRESSING:

3/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise

1 cup fat-free plain yogurt

2 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoon prepared mustard

1/8 teaspoon celery seed

1· Cook macaroni according to package direc�ons; drain and rinse in cold water. In a large bowl, combine the macaroni, tomato, peas, cheese, celery, egg and onions.

2· In a small bowl, combine the dressing ingredients. Pour over macaroni mixture and toss to coat. Refrigerate un�l serving.
