1. Boiled the egg and keep it aside.2. Make the paste of Ginger and garlic.3. Chopped the onion and tomatoes.4.make ,the paste of coconut,green chilli,curry leaves,coriander leaves,cumin,and red chillies,pepoercorn5.Heat oil in a kadai,add cinnamon,cardamom,and cloves.6.Add shallots, and onion ,fry well.7.add Ginger garlic paste,then add tomatoes,saute well.8. Add the coconut paste mixtures with some water.,cook well.9. When it comes boil, add boiled eggs and seasoning to taste.10. Finally finished with tempering before served.

1. Mound coarse sugar and orange zest on a small plate. Mix with your two fingers, gently pressing on it so the sugar absorbs the color and flavor of the zest. Rub around the rim of the mar�ni glass with a lemon orange wedge to moisten it. And roll the rim of the glass on the zesty sugar. Set aside.2. Put all ingredients except sugar and orange zest into a cocktail shaker with ice.3. Shake un�l the mixture is icy cold, about 15-20 seconds.4. Strain into chilled mar�ni glasses and serve immediately.
