Pursuant to Article 178 of the Law on health protection (“Official Gazette RS”, No. 107/2005),

we hereby conduct an

AGREEMENT

On professional development and training

Article 1

University Medical Center “Dr Dragisa Misovic-Dedinje” from Belgrade, does not

employ but accepts Marija Petkovic, MD from Belgrade, Manakijeva Street No. 5 (hereinafter:

an intern), as an unemployed person for the internship programme, with the purpose of taking the

license examination for the independent work on the post of the Doctor of Medicine.

Article 2

The intern shall start with their internship on 1st December 2010. Otherwise it will be

understood that they do not want to initiate internship programme at this Center.

Article 3

During the internship, the intern has rights, obligations and responsibilities which apply to

the employees, except for the rights on compensation and other rights which may not be applied

on the internship programme.

Article 4

While performing their work, the intern is obliged to respect general and other regulations

of the employer and orders of the competent supervisors and to treat both work and the

employees in a fair, disciplined and responsible way. The intern is also expected to adapt to the

organization and work methods of the employer and the employees.

Article 5

During the internship, the intern has the right on insurance in case of injury at work or

occupational disease.

Article 6

Internship period expires on 31st May 2011.

Article 7

This agreement may be terminated by either party at any time upon 15 (fifteen) days

notice.

Article 8

The employer can terminate this agreement without prior notice if the intern acts contrary

to this agreement.

Article 9

This agreement is made in 4 (four) identical copies, 2 (two) for each party.
