in reference to a criminal mischief complaint. Ofc contacted Brock N Vernon and Hilliary J Jackson who both stated Taylor J Delong had damaged three

windows on their residence with a black metal bar, which was then thrown into the residence when Mr Delong fled the scene in a white 4dr Honda

Accord (Reg # unknown). Mr Vernon and Ms Jackson stated they were both familiar with Mr Delong and neither of them knew why he was causing

problems there. Mr Vernon stated Mr Delong broke some type of glass container over Mr Vernon''s vehicle, but there was no damage located on the

vehicle at this time. Ofc noted that one bedroom window on the east side of the residence, one glass panel for a screen door and one glass panel from the

front door had all been broken. Mr Vernon could provide no further information regarding the vehicle Mr Delong was a passenger in when he departed

the area. Ofc obtained a written statement from both Mr Vernon and Ms Jackson. Ofc photographed the damaged windows. Mr Vernon''s vehicle is a

1998 Honda Accord (Ohio Reg# FSU-6230). Ofc provided the suspect vehicle and person information to other units working in an attempt to locate

them. Ofc left the scene and went to the south lot of Chillicothe High School to observed the 282 Park St residence. At 0125, Ofc observed a white

Honda Accord (Ohio Reg# W592740) traveling eastbound past the residence, going into the city park. Ofc also noted there was a white male subject in

the right rear seat leaning out of the window up to his waist, yelling and screaming. Ofc initiated a traffic stop on this vehicle and contacted the

occupants. Ofc identified them as Bryce L Jones (driver), Hannah E Riehle (front passenger), Dylan R Coy (left rear passenger), Joshua R Bone (center

rear passenger) and Taylor J Delong (right rear passenger). Ofc confirmed with dispatch that there was an active warrant for Mr Delong''s arrest and

removed him from the vehicle. Mr Delong was placed into handcuff''s and secured in Ofc''s cruiser. Ofc attempted to question Mr Delong about the Park

St incident, but he claimed no knowledge of it. Ofc removed Mr Jones from the vehicle. Mr Jones was questioned about this incident and he stated

Taylor and the resident had an argument. The resident threw something at Taylor, who then began breaking windows. Mr Jones stated Taylor got back

into the vehicle and they left the area. Mr Jones declined to provide a written statement. A check of BMV Records showed Mr Jones to have only a

temporary driving permit. Ofc issued Traffic Citation #19602 charging No OL (4510.12a1) with a court date of 5/3/2013. Ofc removed Ms Riehle

from the vehicle. Ms Riehle provided the same story as Mr Jones. Ms Riehle declined to provide Ofc with a written statement. Ms Riehle was found to

be 15 years of age and placed under arrest for a Curfew Violation. Ms Riehle was placed into Ofc Demint''s cruiser. Ofc removed Mr Coy from the

vehicle and questioned him about this incident. Mr Coy also stated the same set of circumstances as Mr Jones. Mr Coy declined to provide Ofc with a

written statement. Mr Coy was found to have a suspended driver''s license. Ofc removed Mr Bone from the vehicle and questioned about this incident.

Mr Bone also confirmed the story by Mr Jones. Mr Bones also declined to provide a written statement. Mr Bone was found to have a valid license and

he drove the vehicle from the scene with Mr Coy and Mr Jones. Ofc Demint transported Ms Riehle to the LEC to await her parent''s arrival. Ofc

transported Mr Delong to the RCJ. In the sally port, Mr Delong stated he now wanted to talk about what happened on Park St after seeing all his

friend''s questioned about it. Mr Delong stated him and Mr Vernon were arguing over "a half pound of weed". Mr Delong stated Mr Vernon threw the

bar at him and he picked it up and began breaking the windows. Ofc issued MM Citation charging Criminal Mischief (2909.07). Ofc also served IBA

Warrant CRB1301058 charging Criminal Mischief (2909.07) which was also filed by this Ofc (Ref report #13-6264). Mr Delong was given a court date

of 4/26/2013 regarding both charges and left in the custody of the jail staff pending his appearance in court. Ofc met with Lora L Berry (Ms Riehle''s

mother) at the LEC and informed her of this incident. Ofc informed Ms Berry that Ms Riehle was being issued a Curfew Warning regarding tonight''s

incident and future violations could lead to increased penalties or charges. Ms Riehle was then released without further incident.

contacted by Tine Hatfield in the area of E Main St and Hickory St. Ms. Hatfield stated that she allowed Mason Lowery to use her white Iphone 4S at

Speedway (10 N Bridge St) as she was dropping off Rachael Salyers. She advised that Mr. Lowery used it once and had walked a short distance away.

He then returned and asked to use it again, stating he was going to go over by the dumpsters on the north side of the business. She advised that he then

rounded the corner and did not return. Ms. Hatfield stated that she wanted to pursue charges and filled out a voluntary statement at that time. The cell

phone is valued at $125.00 and the purple Otterbox case at $55.00. Ofc. advised Ms. Hatfield to cancel her phone right away. She does have damage

insurance but it does not cover theft. Units had patrolled the area and were unable to locate Mr. Lowery or the missing cell phone. Ofc. could also

not find Ms. Salyers. Ofc. contacted Speedway employee Greg Cochenhour. He showed Ofc. a video that showed Ms. Hatfield pulled in front of the

business with numerous people around her vehicle. Ofc. could not see when the theft occurred from the video. Ms. Hatfield contacted dispatch and

stated that she tracked her phone, via a tracking app, to a location outside the city on Western Av. An exact location could not be shown. Ofc. will

request a warrant for Mr. Lowery''s arrest. Nothing further at this time.

Comments : Ofc. was dispatched to the LEC (28 N. Paint), reference to an assault. Ofc. contacted Megan Kellough who was brought to the LEC via

taxi driver, Samuel Park. Megan stated that she had the taxi pick her up at the corner of Second/Mulberry St. and take her Andrew Dugan''s house

(Boyfriend) at 813 Washington Ave. Megan stated that when she arrived at the home she found Andrew in bed with another female, Lindsay Farabee.

Megan stated that she questioned Andrew about the situation and he then grabbed her by the arms and then choked her around her neck and slammed her

onto the couch. Megan stated that she was able to get away and left in the taxi and came to the LEC. Ofc. did not observe any marks, bruises or wounds

on Megan''s neck. Ofc. observed yellow and purple bruising on the inside of Megan''s right arm which resembles possible track marks. Megan had the

smell of an alcoholic beverage on her person. Megan stated that she consumed one shot of liquor prior to speaking with Ofc. Megan also advised she is

8.5 months pregnant and the father is unknown. Megan completed a witness statement and left the LEC with her mother, Robin Kellough. Ofc.

contacted the taxi driver, Samuel Park, at the LEC. Samuel stated that he picked Megan up at the corner of Second/Mulberry and drove her to 813

Washington Ave. Samuel stated that he waited in his vehicle while Megan went inside the house to retrieve her cell phone. Samuel stated that he

observed through a window of the house a bald, light skinned male choke Megan and slam her onto the couch. Samuel stated he did not know the male''s

name. Samuel completed a witness statement. Ofc. contacted Garry Virgin at 813 Washington Ave. Garry stated that Megan came to this address to

retrieve her cell phone and saw that Andrew was in bed with another female, Lindsay Farabee. Garry stated that Megan began slapping Andrew in the

face and Andrew tried to stop her from slapping him by holding her arms down. Garry stated that Andrew did not physically strike or harm Megan.

Ofc. contacted Andrew Dugan at 813 Washington Ave who matched the physical description given by the taxi driver. Ofc. advised Andrew of his

Miranda Rights, which he waived. Andrew stated that Megan came to his house and became upset that he was in bed with another female, Lindsay

Farabee. Andrew stated that Megan began slapping him in the face. Andrew denied ever physically striking or harming Megan. Ofc. ran Andrew''s SSN

through LEADS which showed he had a Chillicothe Municipal Court Capias warrant (TRC 1205434 A) for OVI/Breath. Ofc. detained and placed

Andrew under arrest for Assault and for the warrant. Andrew stated that Garry could stay in his house, however, Lindsay could not. Ofc. contacted

Lindsay Farabee at 813 Washington Ave. Lindsay stated that she did not witness anything happen between Andrew and Megan. Lindsay stated that

she was in the bedroom the whole time. Ofc. detected a strong odor of alcoholic beverage on her person, her eyes were red and glassy and she was

unsteady on her feet. Ofc. explained to Lindsay that she was not permitted to stay at 813 Washington Ave and needed to leave. Lindsay stated she was

unable to drive due to being intoxicated. Lindsay refused to leave the premise. Due to her intoxicated state and for her own safery and the safety of

others, she was placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct (Intoxicated) . Ofc. transported Andrew and Lindsay to the RCJ. Ofc. served and explained

Andrew''s warrant to him and provided him with his copy. Andrew and Lindsay and their belongings were left in the custody of the jail staff. Andrew

awaits his court hearing on 4/26/13 at 9:00am. Ofc. issued Lindsay a summons for Disorderly Conduct (Intoxicated) with a court date of 5/3/13 at

9:00am. Lindsay will be held until sober. Nothing further.

Ofc was dispatched to Houch's Liquor Store at 1020 E Main St to contact the manager, Deenna Harrington, ref her finding a theft on video from last

night. Ofc arrived and contacted Mrs Harrington who showed Ofc the video of the suspect (whom this Ofc is familiar with and has arrested many times)

and identified him as Russell P. Williamson. In the video from the evening of 4-25-13 around 6:52pm, Russell is seen walking over to the shelf with the

Jose Cuervo liquor and selects a bottle. He then turns to the left with his back to the camera and the bottle in front of him and "hunches" over and

appears to be grabbing the front of his pants. He then pulls his coat shut in front of him and turns around without the bottle of alcohol visible and

passes all points of sale and exits the store, obviously with the bottle of alcohol concealed down the front of his pants. Deenna provided Ofc with a

copy of the DVD security video and a receipt printout of the cost of the Jose Cuervo (worth $20.35), and she wanted charges filed and wanted Russell

barred from the store.

Ofc made contact with Russell by phone and advised him he needed to come in to the LEC and meet with this Ofc so he could be issued his summons/

citation for theft. He at first responded by saying: "What theft?" Then this Ofc advised him about the incident at Houch's last night on video and the

bottle of Jose Cuervo he took. Russell then said: "Ok, I Know, I'll be in there and get my ticket from you". Russell said he would be in the LEC on

Saturday 4-26-13 to get his summons since he was not working that day. Ofc left the summons in the dayshift basket for an officer to serve it upon Mr

Williamson since this Ofc is off on Saturday. Nothing further at this time.

Ofc. was contacted at the LEC by Sam Tomlinson who stated he was contacted at his home of 6 Deerpath by a repo representative from Harley

Davidson. He stated the alleged employee was inquiring about a 2009 Harley Davidson Soft tail motorcycle that Mr. Tomlinson had purchased. Mr.

Tomlinson stated he had financial difficulty making the payments on the motorcycle last year. He stated around August 29th of last year he went outside

his home and noticed the motorcycle was gone. He told Ofc. he just figured it had been repossessed by Harley due to the lack of payments. Needless to

say the visit from the alleged Harley representative seemed odd to him at which time he was told by the rep to report the motorcycle as stolen.

Ofc. asked him if he has had any calls or mail from Harley in reference to the missed payments since August of last year and he stated no. Ofc. then

entered the motorcycle into LEADS as stolen with a NIC # of V335940255. Mr. Tomlinson stated he has no leads as to who may have done this nor are

there any known witnesses. Ofc. advised him to contact Harley Davidson and verify that the motorcycle had not been re-possessed. He stated he

understood and would do so. Ofc. also advised him to contact this department if the bike were located.

Ofc. was dispatched to 1200 N Bridge St. (Shoe Depot) in reference to a shoplifting. While en route, ofc. was advised that the shoplifter left in a Red

vehicle bearing Ohio license plates, DTT5739, possibly headed to 45 River Trace Lane (Kohl's). Upon arrival at Kohl's, Ofc. located the vehicle in the

parking lot and located the owner of the vehicle, Ruth Swift inside the business. Ofc. contacted Ruth Swift. Ms. Swift stated that she was at the Shoe

Depot with her daughter. Ms. Swift said that after leaving the Shoe Depot, she had dropped Casandra Harris, her granddaughter, off at the Municipal

Courthouse for a hearing before returning to Kohl's by herself. Ms. Swift allowed officers to check her car for stolen items, nothing was found. Ms.

Swift stated that she did not know that Ms. Harris had stolen anything from the Shoe Depot.

Ofc. then contacted Cassandra Harris at the Chillicothe Municipal Courthouse. Ofc. read Ms. Harris her Miranda Rights, then asked what was in her

purse, her reply to this was "shoes". Ofc. asked if the shoes were stolen from the Shoe Depot and Ms. Harris stated that they were. Ofc. asked why

she stole the shoes, Ms. Harris replied that "she wasn't thinking" and that she was sorry. Ms. Harris also said that her grandmother (Ms. Swift) was not

involved in any way and that she was sorry for embarrassing her grandmother. Ofc. placed Ms. Harris under arrest and escorted her to the cruiser. Ms.

Harris' purse was found to contain a pair of black Skechers which matched the description of the shoes stolen from the Shoe Depot. Officers contacted

Julie Hammond, an employee at the Shoe Depot, who stated that she wanted Ms. Harris to be barred from that store. Ms. Harris was informed that she

was barred from the Shoe Depot and that she could be charged with Criminal Trespass if she was to return, Ms. Harris stated that she understood. Ms.

Harris was then transported to the Ross County Jail where she will be held in lieu of bond pending her Municipal Court Appearance on 4-29-2013.

The stolen shoes (valued at $49.99) were photographed and returned to the Shoe Depot.

Christopher said someone withdrew money from an ATM machine on E Main St almost 2 hours after his father passed away. Christopher gave this

Officer a copy of Donald''s Death Certificate that show he passed away on 4/9/2013 at 1:04pm. Christopher then displayed a letter from 5/3 bank that

showed the ATM withdraw on 4/9/2013 at 2:54 PM that caused an over draft. Officer obtained copies of this letter. Christopher said his Uncle Lee

Stephens was contacted by Donald''s care givers when they returned Donald''s wallet which included the ATM card. Christopher said Michelle Collins

was the RN that was assigned to provide care for his father. Officer will attempt to contact Michelle Collins and question her in reference to this

incident. Officer will also contact Lee Stephens and obtain a statement from him. Officer has contacted Speedway at 1136 E Main St where the ATM

machine used was located. Officer requested a copy of the video from the date and time of the ATM machine. Officer will also contact Chase Bank and

see if there is any camera photos of the ATM with draw. Investigation Continues.

back (valued at $200) where someone had gained access inside the building. Ofc contacted key holder John Muirhead who stated that the siding was not

like that at the end of the business day. Ofc entered the building and observed a vending machine pushed out of place where entry was gained. No latent

prints were observed at the scene. Mr. Muirhead stated nothing appeared to be missing or disturbed other than the vending machine. Mr. Muirhead

stated they were self insured. Ofc provided a 1C form and advised Mr. Muirhead if he noticed anything missing to fill out the form and return to this

Ofc. Mr. Muirhead stated he had no idea who may have attempted to gain access inside the building. No suspects or witnesses at this time. More as it

Disposition Comments : Ofc was dispatched to Valero in reference to theft complaint. Ofc was advised that a white male, wearing a blue bandana,

jeans and carrying a bookbag had just stolen a beer. An employee Sabrina Sullivan, was standing in the parking lot pointing to the suspect, who was

walking E/B from the Valero. Ofc stopped the suspect and detained him. The suspect was identified as Russell Williamson. Ofc explained to

Williamson that he is under arrest for theft and read him his Miranda Rights. Williamson stated he wasn''t saying anything and began cursing at this Ofc.

Williamson refused to comply with this Ofc''s orders during the entire incident. Williamson had the strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on his person

and breath and was unsteady on his feet. Williamson had severely slurred speech and continued to yell at and cuss this Ofc. Ofc located the stolen

24oz Budlight in the bookbag Williamson was carrying. Williamson stated that this Ofc was a "bad motherfucker for catching a guy that only stole one

beer". Williamson continued his drunken rant until he passed out in his jail cell. Ofc discovered that Williamson had been barred from all Valero stores

by Ofc Franklin, ref report #12-17269. Ofc transported Williamson to the RCJ where he was booked on one count each of theft, disorderly

intoxication and criminal trespass. Ofc then reviewed the security video and saw Williamson attempt to steal 3 24oz beers. Williamson was stopped

by Sullivan and returned two beers. Williamson left the store then returned and stole the 24oz Budlight. Ofc will be obtaining a copy of security

footage. The stolen Budlight was returned to Sullivan. Williamson will remain in the RCJ in lieu of bond.

Officer was dispatched to 600 W Fifth St Apt 18 in reference to a possbile sucide attempt by Paul Morrison. Upon arrival Officer made contact with

Mark Muetzel. Mark said he knows Paul from AA meetings. Mark said Paul posted on Facebook "Took a bunch of pills just waiting on them to kick

in", then later posted "Good bye world, God bless you all." Officer contacted Paul Morrison. Paul said he took a hand full of sleeping pills, he did not

know how many he took, only that he took what ever was left in the bottle. Officer requested a Squad. Medic 4 arrived and transported Paul to ARMC

for treatment.

that they have all been drinking. Ofc asked Courtney how much she had been drinking tonight and she told Ofc a couple shots of whiskey. Ofc then

contacted Zack Yates who also said that he got into a verbal argument only with Courtney. Ofc advised Courtney that she was barred from 267 Western

Ave and she said that she understood. Due to Courtney being barred from 267 Western and no one was willing to care for her Ofc placed Courtney under

arrest for her safety and the safety of others. Courtney was charged with disorderly intox and transported to the Ross County Jail where she will be held

until sober. Courtney was issued cit # 094103 charging disorderly intox with a court date of 5-3-13. Courtney signed the citation and was left in the

custody of the jail staff until sober.

person. In the jail he was issued MM citation # 094469 for Disorderly Intox with a court date of 5/6/13 at 9am, which he was too intoxicated to sign for.

happened at 650 Liberty St. Upon arrival Ofc contacted Patricia Gessells in the ER. Patricia told Ofc that she had been dating James Stewart for a short

amount of time and he came came to her residence drunk at around 11pm and started an argument with Patricia. Patricia told Ofc that James hit her in the

face, grabbed her by the arm and picked her up and threw he down onto her kitchen floor where she injured her ankle. Ofc photographed Patricia''s

swollen/bruised ankle, face and a small bruise on the inside of her arm. Patricia further told Ofc that after James threw her on the floor he left her house

on foot. The squad was called to her residence and Patricia was transported to ARMC to be checked. Ofc left Patricia with a statement form and will

contact her on Ofc next working day to get a medical release. Patricia told Ofc that James had been staying at his brothers house which is located

somewhere off SR 207 but doesn''t know where James is currently living. Ofc patrolled the area around Watt and Liberty in an attempt to locate James

Stewart but was unable to contact him at this time. Ofc will attempt to contact James on Ofc next working day ref the alleged assault.Nothing further at

On the above date and time officer was dispatched to 308 E Fourth St in ref to a possible Domestic. Officer arrived on scene and could hear a male

subject inside the home yelling. Officer could not tell who the male was yelling at and could not understand what all was being said. Officer then made

contact at the door with a John and Shannon Withrow. Officer separated the two subjects and found that it was not a Domestic but just Mr. Withrow

was intoxicated and was yelling when he talked. Officer checked both subjects and found Mr. Withrow had a Secret Indictment for Trafficking in Drugs

from the Ross County SO. Mr. Withrow was taking into custody and transported to the Ross County Jail. Once at the jail Mr. Withrow was issued his

copy of the Indictment and also issued his Notice of Disability form. Mr. Withrow was advised he would have no bond and would appear in court on

04/29/13 at 0900 hours. Officer has nothing further

place handcuffs on Yates who then fell on the ground and hit his face on the steps of the bar. He was then placed in handcuffs and placed in the patrol

car. Yates had slurred speech, a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on or about his person and bloodshot glassy eyes. Ofc contacted the other subject

Justin Combs who was also very unsteady on his feet, had slurred speech, bloodshot glassy eyes and a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on or about

his person. Combs was placed in handcuffs and placed in the patrol car. Minser stated Combs and Yates entered his bar and were drinking. He stated

Yates became very intoxicated and fell backwards off of his bar stool hitting the back of his head on the floor. Minser stated he went to help Yates up

and he and Combs became violent wanting to fight with the bar staff. Minser stated he then told the two to leave and they refused. Minser stated he

wants Yates and Combs barred from his bar. He received a written statement to complete and return to this ofc. Ofc Wallace contacted Yates and

Combs earlier on this date and warned them for Disorderly Conduct and advised them to go home (RPT# 13-7014). Ofc advised Yates and Combs they

are barred from The First Capital Music Hall and if they return they will be arrested for Criminal Trespass, they stated they understood. They were

arrested for Disorderly Conduct by Intoxication (persisting) and transported to the RCJ. In the jail, ofc observed Yates had a swollen right eye and had a

CFD medic check him. He was issued Summons Citation #094323 for Disorderly Conduct Intox persisting with a court date of 4/29/12 at 9am. He

refused to cooperated with ofc and was too intoxicated to sign for his citation. He was advised of his court date and stated he will not be going to his

court date and ofc will have to issue a warrant. He received his copy of the citation and was transported to the ARMC by CFD medics. Combs will be

held in the RCJ in lieu of bond until his court date of 4/29/13 at 9am. Nothing further at this time.

Herman stated he would like to see their daughter sometime. At this time each party exchanged cell phone numbers for possible future contact. Ms.

Cawood stated Mr. Herman hasn''t ever been involved in their daughter''s life nor has he financially helped. She stated she believes he now has a warrant

for his arrest due to lack of child support payments. Ms. Cawood stated no contact has been made outside this contact until today. She stated their 7

year old daughter needed money for a year book so she called Mr. Herman to ask when he was going to make a payment on the child support. Ms.

Cawood said Mr. Herman then became upset and told her "you have ruined my life and I now have a warrant for my arrest because of you!". She stated

he continued by saying "If I''m going to jail, it will be for something that counts! I am going to slit your throat and go to jail for murder". Ms. Cawood

stated she did not understand why he was so angry with her however she is now in fear that he may harm her. Ofc. then advised her for future

reference not to contact Mr. Herman. Ofc. advised her that if he does have a warrant then the legal process has already begun. Ofc. advised her not to

take these kind of matters into her own hands by calling him any further. Ofc. advised her the process of which to obtain a protection order. She stated

she understood and might do so. Ofc. also advised her to contact this department if there were any further issues. Ofc. contacted Mr. Herman who

denied making any threats. He stated this has been an ongoing battle with her making these accusations for years. He stated she is the one who called him

and he doesn''t know how she got his phone number. Ofc. advised him not to call her in the future or he could be charged with Telephone Harassment. He

stated he understood. Ofc. also verified through LEADS that Mr. Herman does not have active warrants.Nothing further.

problems. Upon arrival Officer was contacted by Kevin Penix. Kevin said he has some friends over and Julie Neu came over uninvited and started

causing problems for him and his guests. Kevin said he wants Julie to leave and he wants her barred. Officer contacted Julie Neu. Julie was very

drunk, she had a very strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on or about her person. Officer noticed she was very unsteady on her feet and had to lean

against the wall to support herself. Julie spoke with a thick tongue slurred speech and glassy blood shot eyes. Julie said she is planning on buying the

property so she went to the house to tell them all. Officer advised Julie she is now under arrest for Disorderly Conduct Intoxication and secured Julie.

Officer advised Julie she is now barred from all properties of 333 E Main St and if she returned then she could be arrested or cited for Criminal Trespass.

Julie said "but I''m going to buy the place." Officer advised Julie until she buys it she is barred, Julie said she understood. Officer issued Julie MM

Citation 094500 for the Disorderly Intoxication and advised her of her court date on 5/3/2013 at 9 am. Then for Julie''s own safety and the safety of

others Officer transported Julie to the Ross County Jail where she will be held until she is sober. Nothing further needed at this time.

hoodie and dark jeans walking through parking lots looking into vehicles and acting suspicious. Officer was advised the subject was last seen walking

from Valero''s towards Donatos. Officer checked the area and was unable to locate the subject. A few minutes later Officer observed the subject matching

the above description walking southbound from Second St in the alley towards Donatos. Officer got behind the subject, later identified as Deshaun

Crawley, and activated his over head lights and hit his air horn to get his attention. Officer exited the vehicle and as this Officer was exiting the vehicle

Officer observed Crawley had his hands in his front hoodie pockets. Officer advised Crawley to get his hands out of his pockets for Officer safety and he

took them out for a second and put them back in quickly. Officer again advised Crawley to take his hands out of his pockets and Crawley took off

running westbound dropping a cell phone and possibly other items. Officer pursued on foot and Crawley ran through Chips Drive Thru and continued

westbound crossing Bridge St in the middle of the road way jaywalking. Officer continued to pursue has Crawley ran towards Speedway. Crawley then

ran past Speedway and turned northbound behind Speedway. Crawley then turned eastbound in between Speedway and their dumpster back towards

Bridge St. Officer advised Crawley to stop and he continued eastbound on the parking lot of Speedway. Officer caught up with Crawley on the parking

lot and ordered him to the ground. Officers detained Crawley and while detaining him he advised he ran because he had weed. During search incident to

arrest Officer recovered a clear plastic baggie that contained a green leafy substance in Crawley''s right pants pocket. Officer observed the green leafy

substance to be Marijuana from this Officer''s training and experience. Officer photographed the item and secured it as evidence. Officer also observed

Crawley had $290.00 cash in small bills in his left pants pocket and this was put into his property at the Ross County Jail.Officer traced the footsteps

of the pursuit and was unable to locate any items that Crawley might have thrown but did observe several people walking around that area. Officer was

given Crawley''s cellphone by a passer by who advised he dropped it and Officer placed the cell phone with his property.Officer transported Crawley to

Ross County Jail and charged him with Obstructing Official Business (ORC 2921.31). Crawley will be held in lieu of bond pending his Municipal Court

date on 4/29/13 at 9:00am.Officer also issued Crawley a Minor Misdemeanor Citation # 09 4425 charging him with Drug Abuse: Marijuana (ORC

2925.11A) with the same court date.Officer was advised shortly after booking Crawley in Jail that he already bonded out of Jail.Nothing further.

not. Mr. Ratliff released the body to Ware Funeral Home. Ofc located prescription Medication as follows: Carvediliol, Diazapan, Triamcinolon,

Losartan, Lisinopril, and Triamt/hctz. No narcotics. Ofc seized all prescription medications and will be destroyed. Ofc stood by until employee''s from

Ware funeral home arrived. Nothing further at this time.

friend. First she stated when they were leaving the bar Curtis told her to give him all her money. When she refused she stated Curtis punched her in the

face a couple times and took a couple dollars out of her pants pocket. Ofc observed and photographed a swollen area under her right eye. She refused to

be seen medically. Ofc asked Zenobia again what happened and she stated that while in the bar Curtis became jealous because his girlfriend was flirting

with her. She stated as they were walking through the alley after the bar, Curtis asked if they wanted to hang out. She stated Curtis then just started

punching her in the face and reaching into her pockets. She stated he took $5 from her and ran east in the alley. An anonymous witness who broke up

the fight stated that Zenobia started the fight by slapping Curtis in the face. The witness stated Curtis starting hitting her back and thats when he

stopped the fight. The witness stated he did not see Curtis take any money from Zenobia. Zenobia was provided a written statement to complete and

return to this ofc. Ofc checked the area for Curtis but could locate him. Ofc will contact him at another time. Nothing further at this time.

taken were a Taylor Made driver, Taylor Made 3 Wood, a 4 & 6 Cobra hybrid clubs, and two Odyssey putters. Additionally 7,8, and 9 irons along with

two sand wedges, and a rain suit were taken. Mr. Trutschel stated he did not know who may have done this and the truck was parked in front of his

residence when this happened. He stated there is no video surveillance and no known suspects at this time. Mr. Trutschel said to replace these items will

cost him around $3,000.00 and he has Tomlinson Insurance. All of the clubs have his name on the grips as well.Nothing further at this time.
