she is frustrated with Dustin because he cannot keep a job, he does not help with bills and his friends stay at the house regularly. Jackie stated that wh

she approached Dustin about this topic he became upset, called her names, and broke a plate prior to Ofc. arrival.

Dustin stated that he was sleeping downstairs when his grandmother began yelling at him about not paying bills. Dustin stated that he became up

ecause his grandmother was intoxicated and would not let him sleep. Ofc. did not notice a smell of an alcoholic beverage on Jackie's person but, she w

slurring her words at times. However, Jackie appeared to be able to care for herself.

Dustin gathered some of his belongings and went to stay with a friend for the night. Nothing further.

and she said she had $1,200 in a LCNB money envelope in her purse. She said she last saw the money last night before she went to bed. She said h

niece, Ashton Walls, showed up after 1pm today and wanted to "visit" with her. Joyce said Ashton is addicted to heroin and is pregnant and refuses go to rehab and has stolen from the family in the past. Joyce said she kept her purse with her the entire time she was visiting with Ashton and set it

the floor of a room upstairs where she could still see it, and they were visiting with Joyce''s injured dog. Joyce said Ashton kept touching the purse a

saying how she "used to have lots of purses and liked this purse" and she placed it on the bed between them. Joyce said she watched the purse the ent

time because she did not trust Ashton and looked away just for a second to look at her phone, but never saw Ashton take anything from the pur

who stated she was informed by her son, Daniel Gearheart, that he had ingested an entire bottle of an unknown type of cough syrup after school on th

date. Angela claimed Daniel arrived home from school (Rowetons 10th Grade) later than usual this evening. Angela stated Daniel went straight to

room and she recalled hearing him coughing and then snoring. Angela stated Daniel later woke up and she noticed he had slurred speech and appeared

e unsteady on his feet. Angela stated that is when Daniel informed her he had taken the cough syrup. Ofc contacted Daniel''s father, Richard Gearhea

who initially denied the fact that Daniel informed them he had ingested cough syrup. Richard then admitted to Ofc that Daniel did claim he had taken

unknown amount of cough syrup after school at an unknown location. Richard stated he did not report this incident or seek medical attention for Dan

ecause he appeared to be acting normally.Ofc informed Richard that if Daniel really has ingested a large dose of medication, that it can cause seve

medical problems or death. Richard understood and agreed for CFD to respond and transport Daniel to ARMC for treatment.Ofc contacted Daniel w

initially denied taking the medication but then claimed he ingested an entire bottle of orange colored "cold medicine" after school at an unknown locatio

Daniel refused to inform Ofc of where he obtained the medication. While speaking to Daniel, Ofc noted Daniel appeared to be extremely lethargic a
