He advised Officer that one of the subjects eating in the cafeteria thought someone had taken his phone and Mark Boyer who was with the subj

started creating a disturbance over it. He said Mr Boyer was screaming and calling different people thieves and saying no one was leaving until he fin

his friends phone. Mr Farris said the other subject left and Mr Boyer continued ranting and raving for a few minutes. He said he would like Mr Boy

Akron, reference to a domestic dispute. Ofc. contacted Amanda Parks and Frank Parks (father/daughter) who both stated that they were in a verb

argument over Amanda taking too long to shower. Amanda and Frank stated that Amanda came to her Frank''s house because she is homeless and s

needed a shower. Amanda stated that while she was trying to shave her father began yelling because she was taking too long and accused her of us

drugs in the bathroom. Amanda stated that she got into a verbal argument with her father and then went across the street to her brother''s house. Fra

stated that when Amanda was in the bathroom for over two hours and he became concerned for her safety because he knew she has been actively usi

illegal substances. Frank stated that when he told Amanda to get out of his bathroom they began to argue and she then went over to her brother''s hou

Amanda is currently barred from Frank''s house. It was explained to Frank that if he allows Amanda into his home, the fact that she is barred cannot

enforced. Amanda gathered her belongings and went to friend''s house. Nothing further.
