dispute. Upon arriving, Ofc contacted Audra Queen who advised herself and her husband, Charles Queen, were just involved in a verbal dispute and s

was trying to leave to diffuse the situation. Ofc was advised she walked across the street and Charles grabbed her wrist and "drug" her back to the hou

stating "we need to talk about this". Prior to that Audra advised she was slapped and choked, however there were no signs of injury or signs on violen

anywhere on her person. Ofc contacted a neighbor who wished to remain anonymous that was seen outside upon Ofc arrival. The neighb

stated she witnessed the verbal dispute but never saw any violence or assault. Ofc contacted Charles who advised he and Audra were argui

ecause he was missing baseball cards and a hunting blind and he confronted her about selling it. Charles stated he never assaulted her nor prevented

from leaving. No signs of violence on his person and none stated. Audra was referred to the Ross County Domestic Violence Coalition to pursue

protection order that she had requested. All quiet upon departure.

place against Ms. Foster and would not go looking for her. Mr. Robbins stated he was at a rental property he owns painting and had three witnes

that would state his where abouts at the time of the alleged assualt. Mr. Robbins named Kyle Brown, Brittany and Barb Klontz, two of which a

moving into his rental. Ofc attempted contact with these three individuals, but could not contact them at this time. Mr. Robbins stated he was in to

on two occasions today, but none of which he saw Ms. Foster anywhere. Ofc will continue attempting contact with the three witnesses. Nothi

observed Daniel was sitting on a couch with a steak on a plate and a drink near a TV. Officer observed Daniel had been deceased for some time a

observed no signs of foul play.Officer made contact with Timothy Gray who advised he is friends with Daniel and that he has medical issues. Timot

advised he observed Daniel sitting on the couch yesterday in the same spot he observed him today. Timothy advised he just thought Daniel was sleepin

until he checked on him today. Timothy advised he knows Daniel is battling lung cancer and possibly just has one lung. Officer made contact with the

call Asst. Corner, Mark Gray, and advised him of the incident. Mark advised just have Haller Funeral Home transport Daniel to the morgue until he c

get further information on his health history and next of kin.Officer had dispatch contact Haller Funeral Home who came and took Daniel to t

morgue.Officer seized all prescription medication that was located and marked it to be destroyed.Officer later made contact with a Mental Hea

Counselor who gave Officer Daniel''s mother, Mona Minturn, phone number and advised she lived in Lewisburg, OH. Officer was unable to locate

address for Mona and forwarded her information to Mark Gray who advised he would try to get more info and contact her.Nothing further.

Crystal Ratliff found a black leather wallet in the alley off of Douglas Avenue and Dayton Street. Officer found the wallet belonged to Stone Comer w

shows an address of 157 Hirn Street however no one was home when Officer attempted contact. Officer also did not find any reports of him reporting

theft of his wallet with either the Ross County Sheriff Department or this agency. Officer also called and left a message for Stone to call Officer. Sto

later called Officer, stating he lost his wallet several month ago and never filed a report. He stated the only two things of value was his ID and SSN car

which were still in the wallet. Officer met Stone on Columbus Street and returned his wallet to him. He said nothing is gone.
