The Park Royal Hotel

We specialise in designing and delivering individual weddings unique to

you. We're passionate about delivering aprofessional and personal service to helpease the stress of planning your big day.

The Park Royal is a charming, traditional

venue ideal for both intimate and extravagant weddings.

Our hotel was built in 1831 as a vicarage to St. Matthew's Church, nestled in the heart of the Cheshire countryside, providing the perfect setting for your dream wedding

day.

We are delighted to offer our banqueting facilities to Weddings and Ceremonies that

require specialist outside catering.

Our Royal and Garden suites are ideal for both large and small wedding parties. Our suites can be hired for outside catering on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, subject to

availability.

Our room capacities and prices are as outlined below:

Royal Suite – Up to 300 guests

From £3500 (Friday and Sunday) £5000 (Saturday)

Garden Suite – Up to 120 guests

From £2000 (Friday and Sunday) £3000 (Saturday)

The PackageAs part of the room hire price the hotel will include

the following:· Main function room hire and private foyer area· Limited use of the hotel kitchen facilities for the

preparation of food· 2 Bedrooms for the bride and groom to be used as

changing rooms or 1 standard bedroom to be used for an overnight stay

· A dedicated event manager· Cutlery, crockery, table linen, glassware, up to a

maximum of 280 covers

All bars will be closed except for when the caterer pays for hotel personnel to staff the banqueting bars. Any alcohol brought onto the premises by the caterer will be subject to a corkage fee. A one off corkage fee

of £1500 applies (individual prices available on request).

Temporary bars can be set up in the foyer area – tables will be provided by the hotel and any other

equipment should be arranged by the client or caterers. The caterer is required to leave the hotel

facilities in the condition it is found and any damages must be paid for by the client/caterer.

Kitchen FacilitiesCaterers are given limited access to the

hotel’s kitchen facilities for the preparation of food. In order for this access to be

granted the client/caterer must acknowledge and adhere to the following

terms of use:

- No gas powered equipment can be brought into the hotel kitchens

- Any large gas equipment will need to be

set up outside of the hotel within the grounds. It is the client’s responsibility to

provide shelter and power. A ground rent fee will apply

- The client/caterer is required to provide

any cooking oil and all food products along with glass wash facilities if the hotel bars

are not required

- The caterer is required to leave the hotel facilities in the condition it is found. Any

damages must be paid for by the client/caterer

- The client must pay for at least 1 kitchen

porter for the event

- The caterer must visit the hotel prior to the event to meet with the Head Chef

Terms and

ConditionsThe hotel requires that the client and event planner meet with a member of the hotel events team to discuss total

numbers, including adults and all children and room layout prior to confirmation of the event. Caterers must provide

all health and safety certificates including employee’s liability and PAT test certificates 14 days prior to the

event. The client will confirm services/equipment to be provided by the hotel prior to confirmation of the event. The client will provide 50% of payment to the hotel to

confirm the event. Final payment is due 28 days prior to the event date. The client will sign a contract agreeing to a

maximum number of guests and prices of hotel services/equipment to be provided within 2 weeks of

confirming the event. The client/planner will discuss any decoration to be brought in prior to confirming with

suppliers and will confirm final details no later than 14 day before the event.
