KRL Properties is a privately owned property development company based in Cape Town, South Africa. Specializing in interior design, property development and home remodeling, KRL aims to cater to all spheres of the building and construction industry in South Africa, being commercial; residential; and industrial.

Owner and CEO, Karl Maritz comes from an Interior Design background and brings vast knowledge and flare to

his establishment. His hands on approach and complete involvement in all projects from start to finish, brings a

new personal side to the building industry. He strives to provide turnkey services; quality control; and project

management and facilitation. Though tastes and budgets may vary, Karl ensures that KRL Properties offers

reliable contracting and service delivery
