4. AIRAC System
4.1 In order to control and regulate the operationallysignificant changes requiring amendments to charts, routemanuals, etc., such changes, whenever possible, will beissued on predetermined dates according to the AIRACSystem. This type of information will be published as anAIRAC AIP AMDT or an AIRAC AIP SUP. If an AIRACAMDT or SUP cannot be produced due to lack of time,NOTAM clearly marked AIRAC will be issued. SuchNOTAM will immediately be followed by an AMDT or SUP.
4.2 The table below indicates AIRAC effective dates for thecoming years. AIRAC information will be issued so that theinformation will be received by the user not later than 28days, and for major changes not later than 56 days, beforethe effective date.At AIRAC effective date, a trigger NOTAM will be issuedgiving a brief description of the contents, effective date andreference number of the AIRAC AIP AMDT or AIRAC AIPSUP. This NOTAM called “TRIGGER NOTAM”, will becomeeffective on that date. Initial NOTAM will remain in force asa reminder in the PIB until the new checklist/summary isissued.
If no information was submitted for publication at the AIRACdate, a NIL notification will be issued by NOTAM not laterthan one AIRAC cycle before the AIRAC effective dateconcerned.

6. Post-flight information
The post-flight information ensures that any inadequacy, observed by an operator in the course of operations, offacilities essential to the safety of those operations, isreported to the authority responsible for them without unduedelay.
In most cases any inadequacy of facility is reported by thepilot on the appropriate air traffic services frequency andthis information then passed to the responsible authority forany required action. After landing, a pilot wishing to confirmin writing any observations, or wishing to make an initialreport may do so at the aerodrome AIS unit where asuitable form for this purpose is available (See GEN 3.1-7).

GMMN AD 2.21 PROCÉDURES ANTIBRUIT /NOISE ABATEMENT PROCEDURES
Atterrissage
1. Aircraft use restrictions
Turbojet aeroplanes are to comply with the climb procedureshereunder :
- Maintain the speed V2 +10 (or that which allows aircraftattitude, depending on the type of aircraft) up to 3000FT with flaps set in the take-off configuration.
- Maintain the take-off power until 1500 FT, then reduceclimbing power until 3000 FT.
2. Aerodrome use restrictions
a) Use restrictions by night :
For take-off from 2300-0600 UTC and with a tailwind componentless than or equal to 7 KT, the RWY 17L or 17R is to be used.
If for operational reasons RWY 17L or 17R cannot be used, uponpilot request, at engine start up, another QFU may be attributedwith additional delays.
b) Engine test :
Engine test shall not be done except in areas assigned by theControl Tower and after authorization of this one.
c) Conditions of RWY use :
Take-off
From 0600-2300 and with a tailwind component less than or equalto 7 KT, RWY 35R must be used.
