We are now experiencing veryspecial period of the year. In thelast issue of HAPPYWEEK weexplained why December with Ratgovernance is so interesting. Itsmain benefit is the fact that itgives you great opportunity to setyour next year plan right. Timeenergies are very strong andactive. Time energy is Yang energy(space is Yin energy). So how you should get your planready? You can follow thesesteps:• Describe in detail your currentsituation you are in – it meansclear definition of yourstarting point of the new timecycle.

• Clearly define what should beat the end of thy cycle, that isyour final goal, what shouldend your activities next year.

• Think wisely about what allyou need to do, get, set,improve, increase etc. (eg.improve your grades atschool, increase your incomeat work, improve quality ofyour products, expand yourcompany etc.) – put all theseactivities into the growingphase of the cycle.

• Then you describe allactivities you must take tosecure results from what youwant to achieve in the growthphase and put these securingactivities into the decliningphase of the cycle. That meansthat in the growing phase youwill achieve some results andduring the declining phaseyou must make sure you donot lose what you achieved. Soduring the declining periodyou profit from your activities

in growing phase.• All these activities (in growingand also in declining phase)are your mile tones on yourroad towards your goal. Setclear time plan for each milestone – from when till whenthis activity is necessary soyou can achieve your milestone successfully.

• Than give the Rat the task toget as much information youneed to know exactly what todo and how to do it to achieveeach mile stone. Rat is great atgathering information,analyzing it and coming upwith recommendation what todo.

• Analyze all information andcreate detailed plan – what todo, how to do it, when to do itand where to do it.

• Take your 2016 year plannerand put all these activities init.

• Your plan must be clear, youmust be able to use the powerof continuity – each activitymust planned as continuity ofthe previous activity. Take onestep after another, avoid toomany things at the same timeand avoid any chaos. Rat lovessimplicity. That will secureyour simple flow forward.

• Use SMART goals – S =simple, M = measurable, A =agreed/accepted, R = realistic,T = timing. Each goal must beclear and you must be able tomeasure whether youachieved it or not. Example ofSMART goal: profit growthfrom current 2 mil EUR to 3mil EUR by the end of theyear, or: improvement inEnglish, mathematics andphysics from today’s D to A atthe end of the school year, or:purchase of apartment withone bedroom as newinvestment by the end of Julyand get long term rentcontract with new tenant bythe end of September (min. 3years) for 500 EUR/month,etc.

• This plan must be ready bythe end of Rat governance,which means by 20.12. 2015or by the end of 2015 thelatest. After Rat governancethere will be Ox coming totake over and it will have thebiggest power to start rollingyour plan forward and itsstrong energy will make sureyou will achieve all your goals.But the Ox must know exactlywhat to do and then it justdoes it.

The clearer and more detailed your plan is, the easier it will be for you to achieve your goals. And do not forgetthat it will be enough for you just to take the planned steps, one by one and you will get what you planned.This is the way your journey for 2016 is set up (so you set up Gua 1 energies for 2016). If you did it clearly andsimply you can enjoy the beauty of wu wei (doing without effort – in Chinese) and simple flow towards yourgoals. Easy, isn’t it?

Time is extremely strong energy. Time is the only

thing you really have in your time. If you live with

opposite opinion and you think you do not have time,

that you are constantly under time pressure, then it

means you do not know how to work with time energy

and you waste it all. All you can get in life you get at

certain time. Time has great power to give you all you

need. But it also takes everything from you what you

did not use. You cannot go back in time yet, so what

happened happened and it will not come back again.

If you live in illusion that if you did not managed this

year, you will manage next year you make big

mistake. Given time exists only at given time. If it

passes away, it is gone and its energy is gone. There

will be different time next year with different energy,

not the same time as this year. Every person is born

with certain time potential. If we consider average life

time 75 years then it is exactly how much time you

have. When you are twenty, you have 55 years left,

when you are forty you have only 35 years left and at

you sixties you have just 15 years. So if you think you

have plenty of time till your forties to start something

meaningful then you are wrong. Because you just lost

40 years of active Yang energy. And time is

inexorable, it goes around its own cycle as any other

energy. It has its phase of growth and decline (Yang

and Yin). When you reach your 40 you are at the so

called breaking point where growing energy (Yang)

changes stops growing, it reaches its peak and

declining energy takes over (Yin). That is the point

when you start loosing time energy power but also

your own energy. So you are not able to do the same

thing the same way you used to when you were just

30. As we say: what is gone is gone. Forever. And it

is not coming back. So if you want to maximize your

advantage from time energy you must tune into its

natural flow, grow when it is growing, be stable when

time energy is stable and decline when time energy

goes down. Enjoy the flow. Be in the flow. As every

plant knows that during winter it is better to “sleep”, in

the spring it is time to grow, summer gives it the max

energy to bear fruits and during fall it is time to fall

asleep again (see, the word fall has great meaning –

fall down to sleep, the nature energy of autumn) and

during winter it is time to gain energy for spring new

start, so you should obey time energy the same way.

You are not that much different from living plant, are

you? Here is the life cycle and how you should use its

different phases:

•Phase – birth and growth – period of childhood, from

1st to 8th year of life – recognize the world, be curious

•Phase – maximum of energy, expansion – period of

adolescence – from 8th to 18th year of life – find out

WHAT you want, recognize your strong natural talent

and focus on its expansion

•Phase – energy maturation – post adolescence –

mixing knowledge with first experiences – from 18th to

30th year of life – find out HOW to get the WHAT you

want

•Phase – complete maturity – building the WHAT and

expanding life prosperity, self-realization in life,

maximize profits from your talent – from 30th to 50th

year of life

•Phase – protection of what you have built and

security of future generation growth, handing over of

property, know-how and experience to the next

generation, your followers – from 50th to 60th year of

life

•Phase – resting, relaxation, handing over your

wisdom to your followers and to younger generations

– from 60th till the end of life

•These are the natural phases of life circle when you

should use the best energy of each phase for your

life. If you do not use these energies or you even go

against them, your life is difficult and exhausting. You

just use your own energy and you cannot really enjoy

what each phase of life has for you.

As you should plan all your activities for nextyear now, it is also good time to plan yourfinancial side of your life. The participants of ourfirst financial seminar that took place last weeklearnt that their finances should be divided intothese basic parts:

•Estimate your income for next year and thenplan how to use it wisely:

– Necessary expenses to keep yourlife standards – living, food,holidays etc.

– Investments into your assets thatshould give you additional passiveincome – house for rent, businessetc.)

– Long term investment protection –real estate, gold, silver etc. – thisinvestment is not to give additionalincome, but to keep the value ofyour assets

– Life joy – entertainment, fun,socializing etc.

•Be ready to plan your finances in details fornext year. Give the Monkey clear vision what it

is supposed to work with and how. Then just usehere smart abilities to help you reach yourfinancial goals. Monkey will be able to find outthe right opportunities for you quickly. If younow know exactly what you expect from financesnext year, Monkey will manage it easily for you.If you are not clear about it, Monkey might notlike to think about it for you. You might thuslose lots of opportunities next year. Do notforget that Monkey is the first “metal” animalfrom the zodiac next three years. The Earth does not have the lightness and flexibility ofWood and Fire. Earth brings heaviness so it is moredifficult for people to move forward and upward. It islike carrying heavy stones when you go uphill. So themovement forward and upward it to difficult andexhausting. Therefore people with Earth energyshould not be running ahead. The task of Earthypeople is different: stabilize, secure, consolidate. Thelife under Earth control is about harmony, balance.The Earth is realistic, therefore these people must berealistic in their lives. They should build on facts, notemotions. They should use more the energy ofthinking than feeling. They should have objective pointof view and not to rely on their subjective view. Theymust build their life on certainty. Their task is to be thepillar, support, rock and mountain for others. They are

very reliable and have also empathy abilities. They can“read” real needs of others and they know how tosatisfy them. Thanks to their stability and steadinessthey are very good helpers when new things are built.They always make sure that the new thing is built onstable and realistic basis. But to reach their stabilitythey cannot live the life of sudden changes. Thereforeit is very important for them to plan in advance and tounderstand the change as long term project they areworking on. The change cannot be surprise for them.They must know about the change well in advance sothey can get ready and put realistic plan for it. Earthdoes not like risks and each change is risky. If you want to build stability in your business, you must work with Earth energy.Usually it is the period in business, when the company successfully entered themarket, got lots of clients, maximized its incomes and growth. The growth isalways connected with low focus on details and could create chaos in thecompany.

HAPPILLIONAIRE

Companies act more spontaneously during thegrowth period than logically. It is all right onlywhen the company knows about this problem andhas it under control (but growth brings euphoriaand business owners tend to forget details) andstart consolidation when it is time to consolidate.When the company starts consolidation theremust be change in the company managementstyle. The business must go through detailanalysis, evaluation of costs and incomes, itsposition on the market, market share etc. Duringthis period the company must build strongfoundation for its future business activities, useprofits wisely, eliminate losses and cost growthrisks. The company goes from fast growth periodto consolidated growth and its market positionstabilization. The task of the management is tofind out how to maximize profits from this stableposition and how to secure long term profits. Thisbusiness is not about fast growth form one year

to another anymore. It is about long termplanning, strategic planning. Its move fromtactics to strategy. If you want to use advantagesof Feng Shui for this period you should considermajor changes in your office place. The interior ofyour company must be well designed, chaos mustbe gone and replaces by order and rules.Everything must have clear structure, positionand function. Every employee must have his/herplace. EARTH – BASISFOR HOME

The Earth element is the real home energy.

Home is Earth. If you make real “homie”

environment then your home must be built

especially on this energy. Home has two basic

functions:

•Protection and safety

•Energy regeneration and relaxation

•When you look at this energy form the Feng

Shui point of view then we talk about Gua 2

and Gua 8 energies. Gua 2 energy is so called

Yin Earth – soft ground. This energy is to create

pleasant and accepting environment so you

can easily get rest and regenerate your

energy. It is the energy of nest, where you love

to come back to, where you can relax and be

in peace. This energy is created with softness

and coziness. You can use soft chairs, soft sofa,

pillows, covers, carpets etc. Everything should

give you feeling of warmth. The best colors to

create this energy are: beige, light brown,

cream colors etc. Use also red color for

decoration – candles, aroma sticks, lamps etc.

Gua 8 brings energy of protection and strong

basis. It make the castle of your home – my

home, my castle. This energy sort of seal the

space, it makes sure your feel safe inside. To

create this energy use everything that evokes

closing: have your doors and windows closed,

use curtains, put your sofa in the corner where it

is protected from several sides etc. Support this

energy with massive and stable furniture. The

ideal here is the massive, heavy wood furniture

in brown color. Everything must be strong and

solid. As accessories you can use stones,

ceramic flowerpots etc. Chairs must be really

solid and stable with high back and armrests.

Armchairs and sofas must be massive, solid and

with soft padding. In such a space you must

feel closed and safe so you can easily

contemplate, meditate, be within yourself. You

can have here different sorts of altars,

accessories for spiritual life and meditation. Also

Gua 8 energy should be supported with Fire

energy.

Week of 23.11. is ideal to start planning your next year. Energies are set the way you can use each day of this week for one step of your plan. If you use this week this way you will have good basis for your next year plan. At the end of the week you can have nice rest and you can relax in your comfortable home.

•MONDAY – RAT 5-1-5

•This week starts with real Rat energy. Not only that the Rat manages the whole month but it is also in charge of today and it focuses only and only on your personal energies. That is why today is „D-day“ to start working on your plan.

– Food: today‘s food should be only about you and your own taste. It should be celebration of your Self. So do not eat anything you do not like. It is your day, so it must be also your food.

•TUESDAY – SWALLOW 4-2-6

•If you started working on your plan on Monday than today is the day you should ask for wisdom and enlightenment. Go through old wisdom, ask wise people for advise, people who have more experience, meet your mentor.

– Food: have very rich and diverse food with many different tastes, colors etc. It should evoke abundance of your life next year. You can have lunch or diner with your mentor or teacher and discuss your future with them.

•WEDNESDAY – PIG 3-3-7

•Today is good day for your 2016 abundance. Go on in your next year planning. Make sure you understand your current starting position which will be the base for your next year activities and your growth.

– Food: also today‘s food should be based on your tradition, your roots and past. Have some traditional, family food. Today is not a good day to experiment with food.

•THURSDAY - PORCUPINE 2-4-8

•Today you should focus on your basis when planning next year. Define what kind of basis you will need for your next year activities. Define what your family support should be like, what your company foundations should be like. Make sure that all that foundation is very solid and firm. Think about who should be your close partner for different activities next year.

– Food: the „earthy“ food is ideal today. The food should evoke stability and strength. You should have lunch or diner with your potential partners for next year plans.

•FRIDAY – WOLF 1-5-9

•Friday‘s energies are quite unstable. Make sure that all you do is based on facts and reality. Play it safe today. Be realistic. Make sure your 2016 is realistic and achievable.

– Food: today‘s food should be simple. Do not try to be creative too much. If you go a restaurant, make sure you know what you‘ve ordered. Restaurant staff recommendation might not be the same what you will get at the end.

•SATURDAY – DOG 9-6-1

•On Saturday you should focus on your vision and your dreams you want to achieve next year. Make it clear you know what you want to achieve. But be realistic and a bit conservative, because your dreams must be based on reality and your real ability.

– Food: today‘s food might be good for social event. Go out, go to a party etc. It is important to feel good and have fun.

•SUNDAY - PHEASANT 8-7-2

•If you really followed this week‘s energies, it is time now to have some rest. Spend some time on your own, with your Self, meditate or enjoy some nice bath.

– Food: today‘s food must be home made and you should eat at home. Enjoy warm and pleasant energy of your cozy home. The food should be „earthy“ and filling.
