In order to use your BLIK Wi-Fi internetradio you will require a wireless (Wi-Fi)broadband Internet connection.

If your wireless network is configured to useWired Equivalent Privacy (WEP) or Wi-FiProtected Access (WPA) data encryption,you need to know the WEP or WPA code(Web Key) in order allow BLIK Wi-Fi tocommunicate with the network.

BLIK Wi-Fi should be able to operateanywhere within 35 metres of the wirelessbase station depending on the operatingenvironment and the specification of yourwireless base station.

Please ensure that your wireless network ispowered-up and connected to yourbroadband Internet connection.

Your BLIK Wi-Fi radio can be powered from the mains using the power adaptor supplied.

To power from the mains, insert the power adaptor plug into the DC power socket on therear of BLIK Wi-Fi. Pressing the button will switch BLIK Wi-Fi on.

You will then be given the option to scanfor available networks. Press the SELECTbutton to action this request.

NOTE: If you make a mistake at any point,press BACK to return to previous screen.

If BLIK cant find a wireless network it willdisplay the following message.

If this happens please check that yourwireless router is switched on, refer tothe manufacturer if problem persists.

If BLIK does find your wireless network,it will display the network name, forexample:

In some cases BLIK Wi-Fi may find morethan one network. Use the < > buttons tosee the names of each one and pressthe SELECT button when the name ofyour own network is displayed.

If your network is not configured torequest a password (WEP/WPA), BLIKwill connect to the network and display:

If a WEP/WPA key (password) isrequired, BLIK will display the following:

After a few seconds, BLIK will ask you toinput the WEP/WPA code and will displaythe password entry screen as follows:

Use the < > buttons to cycle back andforward through the alpha-numericcharacter list. Press the SELECT buttonto select a character.

Please note, WEP/WPA pass codes arecase-sensitive.

If you make a mistake while entering yourpassword, press the BACK button todelete a character.

After selecting the final character of yourpassword, scroll to the word END andpress the SELECT button to enter yourcode. BLIK Wi-Fi should now successfullyconnect to your network.

BLIK Wi-Fi will automatically remember theWEP/WPA code for your network, andother networks you have used previously.You will not need to re-enter these codesin the future.

When BLIK Wi-Fi has connected to yourwireless network, you are now ready toselect a station.

Please Note: You can move back to theprevious screen at any time by pressingthe BACK button.

BLIK Wi-Fi has three main menu headingsStations, Configure and Media Player. To select a radio station, use the < >buttons until the word STATIONS appears,then press the SELECT button.

You now have the option of selecting astation by location (country) or by genre.Use the < > buttons to pick your searchmethod, then press SELECT.

Choosing location will give you analphabetical list of countries broadcastinginternet radio. Use the < > buttons toscroll through the country list. PressSELECT to select your desired location.For example:

You will then be given the choice of listingall station types in this country, or listingthem by genre eg. Pop, Dance... etc.

Use the < > keys and press SELECT tomake your selection, BLIK Wi-Fi will nowdownload the station list for your choice.

You can now scroll through the station listand make your selection by pressing theSELECT button.

Choosing Genre will give you analphabetical list of station types. Use the< > keys to view these.

Press the SELECT button to choose yourdesired genre.

You will now be given the choice of viewingall stations in this genre, or furthersorting them by location (country)

Now select your chosen station from thealphabetical list.

Station UpdatesOccasionally, BLIK-Wi-Fi will tell you that it isreceiving an updated station list. It does thisautomatically and periodically, ensuring thatBLIK Wi-Fi always has the latest stationdirectory on-board.

Changing VolumeTo change BLIK Wi-Fis volume, press theVOLUME UP and DOWN button, thenumerical volume level will be displayed onBLIKs LCD screen. BLIK Wi-Fi willremember its previous volume level aftershutdown and power-up.

Internet Radio PresetsBLIK Wi-Fi can store eight presets, eitherusing the preset keys on BLIK itself, or viathe remote control. To store the currentstation, press and hold one of the presetkeys (on BLIK itself or the remote control).To select a stored station, simply press the

corresponding preset key. To accesspresets 5 - 8, press the PRESET SHIFTbutton then press the relevant key.

Returning To Main MenuYou may return to BLIKs top-line main menuat anytime by pressing the BACK buttonand working back through previous menus.

Requesting a StationIf you want to listen to a radio station thatis not listed in BLIKs station list, you canvisit the Reciva website athttp://www.reciva.com/ and make arequest to add the station to the list.

On-Demand BroadcastsSome radio stations provide a number ofadditional ways to listen to content; forexample being able to listen to radioshows that have already been broadcast,know as On-Demand or Listen-Again.

To choose between a Live broadcast oran On-Demand one, simply use the < >buttons to select your option and pressSELECT to choose.

If you select On-Demand, you will bepresented with a list of shows that areavailable to Listen Again.

Use the < > buttons until your choice isdisplayed on the LCD, then press theSELECT button to confirm.

Some stations may allow you to fast-forward through an On-Demandbroadcast. Do so by pressing BROWSEand using the < > buttons to forward andrewind through the broadcast. PressSELECT to play from your selected point.

Resetting BLIK Wi-FiIn the unlikely even that BLIK Wi-Fi shouldcrash, freeze or stop responding to keypresses, it is possible to perform a resetand bring it back to life.

A Factory Reset can be activated fromBLIKs Configure menu. Performing a

factory reset will completely reset BLIKsmemory, clearing all WEP/WPA codes anduser settings. This will effectively return Blikto its default factory settings.

Setting An AlarmPress the button to switch on yourradio, then press the button.From the Alarm/Clock menu use the < >keys to locate the Set alarm option andpress SELECT.

BLIK will allow you to store two differentalarm programmes in its memory.Select the alarm programme youd like touse - either Alarm 1 or Alarm 2, by usingthe < > keys, then pressing SELECT.

BLIK will now give the option of turningeither of the two alarms on or off. Press SELECT and use the < > tochoose OFF or ON - then press SELECT.For this example, turn Alarm 1 ON.

BLIK will now ask you to set the alarmtime. Press SELECT and use the < >keys to change the hour, then pressSELECT to set. BLIK will now ask you toset the minutes. When the minutes arecorrect, press SELECT to confirm thealarm time.

BLIK will ask what type of wake-up alarmyou would like - Buzzer, FM or InternetRadio (IR). Use the < > keys to changemode, then press SELECT to confirm.

BLIK allows you to set a Daily, Weekday,Weekend or one-off (Once) alarm. Use the< > keys to change the alarm type, thenpress SELECT to confirm.

When BLIK has an active alarm in itsmemory, the alarm icon will appear on thetop line of BLIKs display at all times.

To halt an alarm, press any button onBLIKs keypad. Alternatively, tap theSNOOZE button to mute the alarm for apre-defined period, anything between 5 - 60minutes. The default setting is 5 minutes.When BLIK is in Snooze mode, the Snoozeicon (zzZzz) will be displayed on-screen.

To alter the Snooze time, press thebutton, then use < > to locate Snoozetime on the menu, then press SELECT.Use the < > keys to define the Snoozeperiod and press SELECT. Snooze canalso be turned off from this menu.

Sleep FunctionTo programme BLIK to turn off after apre-defined period of time, press theSLEEP button. BLIK has 5 pre-set timevalues - 15, 30, 45, 60 and 90 minutes.Once set, BLIK will automatically put itselfinto standby mode after the time haselapsed.

9FM Operation ModeTo listen to FM radio stations switch BLIKon and press the IR/FM button.

If this is the first time BLIK has been in FMmode, it will start at the beginning of theFM frequency range. Otherwise, the lastfrequency or FM station will be displayed.

To scan through the FM frequency range,use the < > keys. To SEEK the next activestation, press the SELECT button.

FM Station PresetsBLIK can store eight FM presets,accessed via the keypad or remote control.

To store the current frequency, press andhold one of the preset buttons (press thePRESET SHIFT button first to accesspreset numbers 5 - 8).

To select a stored FM station, simply pressthe corresponding preset key (use thePRESET SHIFT to access presets 5 - 8).

Using M-PortRevos M-Port allows for quick and easyconnection of an iPod (or other MP3player or external sound sources).

Using the connection lead supplied, BLIKis transformed into a high quality digitalaudio speaker system.

Connect one end of the supplied audiolead to the headphone (or auxiliary out)socket of your source device, thenconnect the other end to the M-Port on the side of BLIK.

BLIKs LCD screen will now display thewords M-Port Active.

Network ConfigurationEnables you to scan again for connection toanother wireless network, or to manuallyconfigure the network parameters. You canalso choose to enable the Low SignalWarning prompt when your wirelessnetwork signal is low.

BLIK Wi-Fis media player functionalityallows you to play audio files (AAC, AIFF, AU,MP3, RM, WAV and WMA) and playlists(M3U) stored on a networked PC or AppleMac. The media player functions have beentested and certified to operate withWindows 2000, Windows XP, WindowsVista and Mac OSX 10.2 or a later version.

Windows PC Set-UpEnsure that your PC is available on the

network, then using Windows Explorer,locate the folder where your audio files arestored...then

Right click on the folder.Select PropertiesClick on SharingSelect Share this folder on the networkand Allow network users to change myfiles. Please note, do not try to make yourMy Documents or any of its sub-folders(e.g. My Music) shareable.

Apple Mac Set-Up

Setup Windows File Sharing on the MAC:

From the Dock, click System Preferences.From the System Preferences window(under the Internet & Network section)click Sharing.

From the Sharing window, do the following:

Under the Services section, enablePersonal File Sharing and WindowsSharing. Also, click Start for each of theseservices.

Under the Firewall section, keep firewall off.

Under the Internet section, keep InternetSharing off.

Setup an Account:

From the System Preferences window,under the System section, click Accounts.Select an account and remember its ShortName and password. This information willbe used by BLIK Wi-Fi when connecting toyour Mac.

Directory Setup:

From the Dock, click Finder. From theFinder window, click Applications >Utilities. Holding Ctrl click on DirectoryAccess then select Get Info and ensurethat read / write enabled. Next double clickon Directory Access and enable thefollowing:

Also, for the SMB/CIFS item, clickConfigure and select an appropriateworkgroup.

Copy and paste the audio files toDocuments in the Finder window. Ensurethat your Mac is successfully connected tothe wireless network. Note, you may needto wait for few minutes for the changes totake effect.

You should now be able to access the audiofiles on your Mac by selecting Media Player> Windows Shares on BLIK, then selectingyour Mac from the list of devices. Onselecting your Mac, if no shared folders arefound, press the SELECT button and selectuser - at this point you can enter in theShort Name and password for your Macaccount.

Accessing Shared MusicWhen BLIK has connected to your wirelessnetwork, press the BACK button untilStations is displayed. Use the < > keys tofind the Media Player menu on-screen,then press the SELECT button.

Using the < > keys, find and selectWindows Shares, then Scan for PCs. BLIK will now display Finding PCs. Whenthe scan is complete, use the < > keys tofind your PC and select, BLIK will nowsearch for shared folders. Using the < >keys to highlight the correct folder andpress SELECT.

BLIK will display File Scan... as it scansthrough all the files on your Mac or PC.

PLEASE NOTE If you have a large numberof files, this operation could take severalminutes.

When BLIK has finished scanning, it willdisplay By Album. You can now browsethrough the scanned media files, which willbe organised By Album, By Artist, andPlaylist - if available.

IMPORTANT The first time BLIK Wi-Ficompletes a file scan, a file calledreciva_media_cache is written to the folderwhere the audio files are stored. This willspeed-up subsequent file scans.

Listening To A Single TrackScroll until By Artist is on-screen thenpress SELECT. Now use the < > keys toscroll until your artist choice is displayed,then press SELECT. Now scroll until yourdesired album is displayed, and select it.The prompt Add To Queue will appear atthis point. Scroll until your chosen trackname is on-screen and press SELECT. Yourchoice will now start to play.

Listening To A Complete AlbumUsing the < > keys, locate and select By Artist, then select your choice of artist.Now use the < > keys to scroll until youralbum choice is displayed, then pressSELECT. The prompt Add To Queue willappear at this point, press SELECT andyour chosen album will start to play.

Queuing Tracks For PlaybackHighlight your chosen track then pressSELECT. Track Added To Queue will nowbe displayed.

Queuing Albums For PlaybackHighlight your chosen album then pressSELECT. Scroll to Add To Queue thenSELECT. Tracks Added To Queue will nowbe displayed.

Controlling PlaybackUse the STOP button on BLIK or the

remote control to stop playback.

Use the PLAY/PAUSE button to starta track, pause a track, or restart a pausedtrack.

Use SKIP TO PREVIOUS TRACK tostart playback of the previous track in thequeue.

Use the SKIP TO NEXT TRACK tostart playback of the next track in thequeue.

Browsing A QueuePress the BROWSE button - the currently

playing track name will be displayed. Usethe < > keys to see the tracks that arequeued for playback. To jump ahead andplay a track from the queue, use the < >keys and SELECT.

Removing Tracks From A QueuePress the BROWSE button - the currently

playing track name will be displayed.

Use the < > keys to scroll to the trackthat you would like to remove from thequeue. Press and hold the STOP key for 2seconds. BLIK will display Delete Track?.

Use the < > keys to to highlight eitherYes or No. Press SELECT to make yourselection. Removed From Queue will bedisplayed if you decided to delete a track.

To clear the entire contents of a queue,select Clear Queue from the the mainMedia Player menu.

Playing Tracks RandomlySelect and add the individual tracks to the

queue as described previously.

Return to the main top-line Media Playermenu and select Playback Mode.

Use the < > keys to display Shuffle, thenselect SELECT.

Confirm that Shuffle mode should beenabled, by selecting YES or NO.

Repeating Tracks In A QueueSelect the individual tracks as previously

described.

Return to the main top-line Media Playermenu and select Playback Mode.

Scroll to display Repeat, then pressSELECT button.

Confirm that Repeat mode should beenabled, by selecting YES or NO.

Windows PC UPnP Set-UpIf your PC is running Microsoft Windows XPor Vista, then you can use Window MediaPlayer 11 (WMP 11) to act as your UPnP(Universal Plug and Play) media server 1.0.

WMP 11 can be downloaded fromMicrosofts website and installed by followingthe instructions detailed in its installationwizard.

Once installed, Windows Media Player 11will create a library from all the media filesavailable to it on your PC. To add new mediafiles to the library, select File > Add toLibrary > Advanced Options, click Addand choose the files you wish to add andclick OK.

You will now need to connect BLIK Wi-Fito Windows Media Player 11 and configureit to allow the radio to access your medialibrary. In order to this, you will need to dothe following:

Keep pressing BACK to get to BLIKs top-line menu and then scroll to Media Playerand press SELECT.

Now use the < > keys to scroll to UPNPServers and press SELECT. BLIK will scanfor all available UPnP servers. Note, it maytake a few seconds for BLIK to complete itsscan and before the scan has beencompleted. BLIK will display [Empty]. BLIKwill continue to display [Empty] if no UPnPservers are found.

If No PC Found is displayed on BLIKsdisplay, click the library tab in WindowsMedia Player and select media sharing, nowselect share my media and then click OK.

At this point you can scan for UPnPservers on BLIK Wi-Fi again, BLIK will nowbe listed as a unknown device in the mediasharing window click the Allow button andthen click OK. BLIK Wi-Fi should now beaccessing your Windows Media PlayerLibrary.

PLEASE NOTE that only WMA files inWindows Media Player are accessible usingUPnP.

Playing Music Using UPnPWhen the UPnP server is configured to

share media files with BLIK Wi-Fi, you canbegin playing music as follows:

Press the BACK button until Stations isdisplayed, then scroll to Media Playeroption, now press the SELECT button.

Use the < > keys to highlight UPNPServers and press SELECT. BLIK will scanfor all available UPnP servers. Please note,it may take a few seconds for BLIK tocomplete its scan. Before the scan hasbeen completed, BLIK will display [Empty]and continue to do so if no UPnP serverscan be found.

After a successful scan, select your UPnPserver using the < > keys (if there is morethan one UPnP server), and then pressingthe SELECT button.

BLIK will now list the media categoriesavailable from the UPnP server, e.g. Music,Playlists etc. Use the < > keys to choosewhich category you wish to browse, thenpress SELECT. Use the < > keys tohighlight a sub category and press SELECT.Scroll to highlight the media files that youwish to play, then press SELECT. BLIK willdisplay [Add to Queue], press SELECTagain and BLIK will add the tracks to itsqueue and begin playing them automatically.added to the radios queue.

Browsing A QueuePress the BROWSE button - the currently

playing track name will be displayed. Usethe < > keys to scroll through the tracksthat are queued for playback. If you want tojump to a particular place in the queue,press the SELECT button when therequired track is displayed. It is important to

note here that media files scanned from theradios Windows Shares function can alsobe added to the radios queue.

Full instructions on queue management,controlling music playback etc. under UPnPcan be found on page 11.

If you are experiencing any problems withyour BLIK Wi-Fi internet radio please readthe following troubleshooting guide.Alternatively can can visit the HELP sectionof the Reciva website (www.reciva.com) thesupport section of the Revo website(www.revo.co.uk) or call our technicalsupport staff on 01555 66 61 61.

If you have trouble connecting BLIK Wi-Fi toyour wireless network, these steps may helpto resolve the problem:

1. Confirm that a Wi-Fi connected PC canaccess the Internet (i.e. can browse theweb) using the same network.

2. Check that a DHCP server is available, orthat you have configured a static IP addresson the radio. You can configure a static IPaddress on the radio using the menu itemConfigure -> Network Config -> Edit Config,and then select No for Auto (DHCP).

3. Check that your networks firewall is notblocking any outgoing ports. As aminimum, BLIK Wi-Fi needs access to UDPand TCP ports 80, 554, 1755, 5000 and7070.

4. Check your access point does notrestrict connections to particular MACaddresses. You can view the radios MACaddress using the menu item Configure ->Network Config -> View Config -> MACaddress.

5. If you have an encrypted network, checkthat you have entered the correct key orpass phrase into the radio. Remember thattext-format keys are case sensitive. If, whenattempting to connect to an encryptednetwork, your radio displays: Wirelesserror followed by a 5-digit number, thenplease ensure that you enter the correctpass phrase for the network. If the problempersists, then you may need to consult yournetwork configuration.

If BLIK Wi-Fi can connect to the networksuccessfully, but is unable to play particularstations, it may be due to one of thefollowing causes:

1. The station is not broadcasting at thistime of the day (remember it may belocated in a different time zone).

2. The station has reached the maximumallowed number of simultaneous listeners.

3. The station is not broadcasting anymore.

4. The link on the radio is out of date.

5. The Internet connection between theserver (often located in a different country)and you is slow. Try using a PC to play backthe stream via the broadcasters web site. If you can play back the station with a PC,but not via BLIK Wi-Fi - use the form athttp://www.reciva.com/ to notify Reciva ofthe problem - they can change the stationdata that is used by the radio.

Utilisez les boutons < et > afin davancer oude reculer dans la liste de caractres alpha-numriques. Appuyez sur le bouton SELECTpour choisir un caractre.

Veuillez remarquer que les codes WEP/WPArespectent la casse.

Si vous faites une erreur lors de lintroductionde votre mot de passe, appuyez sur lebouton BACK afin deffacer un caractre.

Aprs avoir choisi le dernier caractre devotre mot de passe, faites dfiler jusquaumot END et appuyez sur le bouton SELECTpour entrer votre code. BLIK Wi-Fi devraitalors se connecter votre rseau.

BLIK Wi-Fi se souviendra automatiquementdu code WEP/WPA de votre rseau ainsique dautres rseaux que vous avez utilissauparavant. Il ne vous sera plus ncessairedintroduire ces codes dans le futur.

BLIK Wi-Fi dispose de trois titres demenus principaux: Stations, Configure etMedia Player. Afin de choisir une station,utilisez les boutons < et > jusqu ce quele mot STATIONS apparaisse, appuyezensuite sur le bouton SELECT.

Vous avez maintenant la possibilit dechoisir une station par sa situation (pays)ou par genre. Utilisez les boutons < et >afin de choisir votre mthode derecherche, et ensuite appuyez surSELECT.

Le fait de choisir une situation vousdonnera une liste de pays diffusant de laradio Internet. Utilisez les boutons < et >pour faire dfiler la liste des pays.Appuyez sur SELECT pour choisir lasituation dsire. Par exemple:

Vous aurez alors le choix de voir la liste detous les genres de stations dans ce pays,ou de voir la liste des stations selon leurgenre (par ex. Pop, Dance, etc.).

Utilisez les boutons < et > et appuyez surSELECT pour faire votre choix. BLIK Wi-Fiva alors tlcharger la liste de stationssuivant votre choix.

Changer le volumeAfin de changer le volume de BLIK Wi-Fi, appuyezsur les boutons VOLUME UP et DOWN; leniveau numrique du volume saffichera surlcran LCD de BLIK. BLIK Wi-Fi se souviendra deson niveau de volume prcdent aprs avoir tteint et rallum.

Programmation de stations InternetBLIK Wi-Fi peut garder 8 stations en mmoire,au moyen des touches de programme sur Bliklui-mme, ou via la tlcommande. Afin degarder la station actuelle en mmoire, appuyezet gardez la pression sur une des touches deprogramme (sur Blik lui-mme ou sur latlcommande). Afin de choisir une station,appuyez simplement sur la touche appuyez

simplement sur la touche prprogrammecorrespondante. Pour accder aux programmes5 8, appuyez sur le bouton PRESET SHIFT etappuyez ensuite sur la touche concerne.

Retour au menu principalVous pouvez revenir au menu principal de Blik tout moment en appuyant sur le bouton BACK eten repassant par les menus prcdents.

Demander une stationSi vous voulez couter une station radio qui nese trouve pas sur la liste de BLIK, vous pouvezvisiter le site Web de Reciva http://www.reciva.com/ et demander que cettestation soit ajoute la liste.

Pour choisir une diffusion en direct ou surdemande, utilisez simplement les boutons < et > pour choisir votre option, et appuyezsur SELECT pour choisir.

Si vous choisissez sur demande, vous verrezune liste dmissions qui peuvent tre rcoutes.

Utilisez les boutons < et > jusqu ce que votrechoix soit affich sur lcran LCD, et ensuiteappuyez sur le bouton SELECT afin de confirmer.

Il se peut que certaines stations vouspermettent davancer rapidement dans unemission sur demande. Vous pouvez, dans cecas, appuyer sur BROWSE et utiliser lesboutons < et > afin davancer rapidement etretourner en arrire dans lmission. Appuyezsur SELECT pour commencer couter partir du moment que vous avez choisi.

Rinitialisation de BLIK Wi-FiDans lventualit peu probable o BLIK Wi-Fi se fige, se bloque, ou ne rpond pas la pression exerce sur les boutons, il estpossibile de le rinitialiser et de leranimer.

Il est possibile de remettre les paramtressur leurs rglages initiaux partir du menuConfigure de BLIK. Le fait de remettre les

paramtres sur leurs rglages initiaux varemettre la mmoire de BLIK zro,effaant tous les codes WEP/WPA ainsique les rglages effectus par lutilisateur.Ceci remettra donc BLIK sur ses rglagesinitiaux (par dfaut).

Rgler le rveilAppuyez sur pour allumer votre radio, appuyezensuite sur . Dans le menu Alarm/Clock(rveil/horloge), utilisez les touches < > afin detrouver loption Set alarm et appuyez sur SELECT

BLIK va vous permettre de garder deuxprogrammes de rveil diffrents en mmoire.Choisissez lalarme que vous voudriez utiliser(alarme 1 ou 2), en utilisant les touches < > eten appuyant ensuite sur SELECT.

BLIK va ensuite vous donner le choix dallumer oudteindre une des deux alarmes. Appuyez surSELECT et utilisez < > afin de choisir OFF ou ON,appuyez ensuite sur SELECT. Pour cet exemple,allumez lalarme 1.

BLIK vous demande maintenant de rgler lheurede rveil. Appuyez sur SELECT et utilisez lestouches < > afin de changer, appuyez ensuite surSELECT pour confirmer. BLIK vous demande alorsde rgler les minutes. Quand celles-ci sontcorrectes, appuyez sur SELECT afin de confirmerlheure du rveil.

BLIK va vous demander le genre dalarme quevous voudriez: sonnerie, FM ou radio Internet (IR).Utilisez les touches < > afin de changer de mode,appuyez ensuite sur SELECT pour confirmer.

BLIK vous permet de rgler un alarmequotidienne, en semaine ou en fin de semaine, ouunique. Utilisez < et > afin de changer le typedalarme, appuyez ensuite sur SELECT pourconfirmer.

Quand BLIK a une alarme active en mmoire,licne du rveil apparat en permanence la lignesuprieure de laffichage de BLIK.

Pour arrter une alarme, appuyez sur nimportequel bouton du clavier de BILK. VOus pouvez aussitoucher le bouton SNOOZE afin de faire cesserlalarme durant un temps pr-dtermin (entre 5et 60 minutes). Le rglage par dfaut est de is 5minutes. Lorsque BLIK est en mode Snooze(rappel de rveil), cet icne (zzZzz) sera affich surlcran.

Pour changer le temps de snooze, appuyez surle utilisez ensuite < et > afin de trouver

Snooze time dans le menu, et appuyez surSELECT. Utilisez les touches < et > pour dfinirle temps de rappel du rveil et appuyez surSELECT. La fonction Snooze peut aussi treteinte partir de ce menu.

Fonction de veilleAfin de programmer BLIK pour quil steigneaprs un temps dtermin, appuyez sur la toucheSLEEP. BLIK dispose de 5 valeurs de temps pr-dtermines: 15, 30, 45, 60 et 90 minutes. Unefois rgl, BLIK va automatiquement se mettre enmode de veille aprs que ce temps se soit coul.

Mode demploi FMPour couter les stations de radio FM, allumez BLIKet appuyez sur le bouton IR/FM.

Si cest la premire fois que BLIK est utilis enmode FM, il va commencer au dbut de lagamme de frquences FM. Sinon, la dernirestation FM que vous avez coute va tre choisie.

Afin de parcourir la gamme de frquences FM,appuyez sur les boutons < ou >.Afin de chercher la station active suivante,appuyez sur le bouton SELECT.

Programmes station FMBLIK peut enregistrer huit stations FM,auxquelles vous avez accs via le clavier ou latlcommande.

Afin denregistrer en mmoire la frquenceactuelle, appuyez et maintenez la pression surun des boutons preset (appuyez dabord sur lebouton PRESET SHIFT afin daccder auxnumros 5 8).

La fonction de lecteur multimdia de BLIK Wi-Fi vous permet de jouer des fichiers audio (AAC,AIFF, AU, MP3, RM, WAV et WMA) et des listesdcoute (M3U) se trouvant en mmoire sur unPC ou Apple Mac sur rseau. Les fonctions dulecteur multimdia ont t testes et certifiespour pouvoir fonctionner sur Windows 2000,Windows XP, Windows Vista et Mac OSX 10.2ou les versions plus rcentes.

Installation sur PC Windows Assurez-vous que votre PC se trouve sur le

rseau, et grce Windows Explorer, localisezle dossier dans lequel se trouvent vos fichiersaudiofaites ensuite les manoeuvres suivantes:

Clic droit sur le dossier. Choisissez Properties (proprits)Clic sur Sharing (partager)Choisissez Share this folder on the network(partager ces dossier sur le rseau) et Allownetwork users to change my files (permettre auxusagers du rseau de changer mes dossiers). Veuillez ne pas essayer de partager vos dossiersMy documents (mes documents) ou ses sous-dossiers (p.ex. My Music (ma musique).

Installation sur Apple Mac

Installation du partage dossiers Windows sur Mac:

A partir de la station daccueil, cliquez surPrfrences systme. De la fentre Prfrencssystme se trouvant sous la section Internet etRseau, cliquez Partage.

Depuis la fentre Partage, faites ceci:

Accs la musique partageQuand BLIK se sera connect votre rseausans fil, appuyez sur BACK jusqu ce queStations soit affich. Utilisez < et > pourtrouver le menu lecteur multimdia sur lcran,et appuyez sur SELECT.

En utilisant < et >, trouvez et choisissezpartages fentres, puis Rechercher PC.BLIK affichera Recherche de PC. Quand larecherche est termine, utilisez < et > pourtrouver votre PC et le choisir. BLIK vachercher des fichiers partags. En utilisant< et >, surlignez le fichier correct etappuyez sur SELECT.

BLIK va afficher Recherche de dossiers...durant sa recherche dans les dossiers devotre Mac ou PC.

REMARQUEZ Si vous avez un grandnombre de dossiers, cette oprationpourrait prendre plusieurs minutes.

Quand la recherche de BLIK est finie, il vaafficher Par album. Vous pouvez alorsnaviguer dans les dossiers mdia, quiseront organiss Par album, Par artiste,et Liste dcoute sil y a lieu.

IMPORTANT La premire fois que BLIK Wi-Fi effectue une recherche de dossiers, undossier nomm reciva_media_cachesinscrira dans le dossier audio. Ceciacclrera la recherche future de dossiers.

Contrler le playbackUtilisez STOP sur la tlcommande

pour arrter le playback.

Utilisez PLAY/PAUSE sur latlcommande pour dmarrer, mettre enpause ou re-dmarrer la chanson.

Utilisez RETOUR pour faire dmarrer leplayback partir de la chanson prcdentedans la liste dattente.

Utilisez EN AVANT pour dmarrer leplayback partir de la chanson suivantedans la liste dattente

Parcourir une liste dattenteAppuyez sur BROWSE la chanson joue

actuellement saffichera. Utilisez < et > pourvoir les chansons qui sont dans la listedattente pour le playback. Pour aller en avantet lire une chanson dans la liste dattente,utilisez < et > et appuyez sur SELECT.

Enlever une chanson de la liste Appuyez sur BROWSE le nom de la

chanson courante sera affich.

Utilisez < et > pour trouver la chanson quevous voulez liminer de la liste. Appuyez etmaintenez enfonce la touche STOP pendant 2secondes. BLIK affichera Effacer la chanson?.

Utilisez < et > pour surligner Oui or Non.Apuyez sur SELECT. Effac de la listesaffichera si vous dcidez dliminer la chanson.

Pour liminer le contenu dune liste ,slectionnez Eliminer la liste partir dumenu principal du lecteur multimdia.

Ecouter des chansons ensquence alatoire

Slectionnez et ajoutez individuellement leschansons la liste comme dcrit prcdemment.

Retournez au menu principal du lecteurmultimdia et slectionnez le Mode Playback

Utilisez < et > pour afficher Navette,ensuite appuyez sur SELECT.

Confirmez que le mode Shuffle doit treactiv, en slectionnant OUI ou NON.

Rpter les chansons dans la listeSlectionnez individuellement les chansons

comme dcrit prcdemment.

Retournez au menu principal du lecteurmultimdia et slectionnez le Mode Playback.

Faites dfiler pour afficher Rpter,appuyez ensuite sur SELECT.

Confirmez que le modeRpter doit treactiv en slectionnant OUI ou NON.

InstallationWindows PC UPnPSi votre PC fonctionne avec MicrosoftWindows XP ou Vista, alors vous pouvezutiliser Window Media Player 11 (WMP 11)pour fonctionner comme votreUPnP(Universal Plug and Play) media server 1.0.

WMP 11 peut tre tlcharg partir dusite internet de Microsoft et install ensuivant les instructions indiques dans lefichier dinstallation de Wizard.

Une fois install, Windows Media Player11 crera une librairie partir de tous lesfichiers mdia disponibles sur votre PC.Pour ajouter de nouveaux fichiers mdia lalibrairie, slectionnez Fichier > Ajouter librairie > Options avances, cliquez surAjouer et choisissez les fichiers que vousdsirez ajouter et cliquez sur OK.

Vous aurez besoin maintenant de connecter BLIK Wi-Fi Windows Media Player 11 et de leconfigurer pour permettre la radio davoiraccs votre librairie mdia. Pour pouvoirfaire cela, vous devez dabord faire ce qui suit :

Maintenez enfonce la touche BACK pouraller sur le menu principal de BLIK et ensuitefaites dfiler et appuyez sur SELECT.

Utilisez ensuite < et > pour arriver UPNPServers et appuyez sur SELECT. BLIK varechercher tous les serveurs UPnPdisponibles. Remarque: cela peut prendrequelques minutes jusqu ce que BLIK terminesa recherche et pendant ce temps, BLIKaffichera [Vide]. BLIK continuera afficher[Vide] si aucun serveur UPnP na t trouv.

Si Aucun PC trouv saffiche sur BLIK Wi-Fi, cliquez sur la bibliothque dans WindowsMedia Player et slectionnez partager mdia,maintenant slectionnez partager mon mdia etensuite cliquez sur OK.

A ce point, vous pouvez lancer nouveauun balayage la recherche de serveursUPnP sur BLIK Wi-Fi, BLIK sera affichcomme dispositif inconnu dans la fentre departage mdia, cliquez sur la toucheAutoriser et ensuite cliquez sur OK. BLIKWi-Fi devrait maintenant avoir accs votrebibliothque de Windows Media Player.

REMARQUE : seuls les fichiers WMA deWindows Media Player sont accessibles enutilisant UPnP.

Ecouter de la musique en utilisant UPnPQuand le server UPnP a t configur

pour partager les fichiers mdias avec BLIKWi-Fi, vous pouvez commencer couter lamusique comme suit :

Appuyez sur BACK jusqu ce que Stationssaffiche, dfilez ensuite jusqu loptionMedia Player, et appuyez sur SELECT.

Utilisez < et > pour mettre en videnceServeurs UPNP et appuyez sur SELECT.BLIK va rechercher tous les serveurs UPnPdisponibles. Remarque: cela peut prendrequelques minutes jusqu ce que BLIKtermine sa recherche et pendant ce temps,BLIK affichera [Vide]. BLIK continuera afficher [Vide] si aucun serveur UPnP nat trouv.

Aprs une recherche russie,slectionnez vorte serveur UpnP en utilisant< et > (sil y a plus dun serveur UPnP), enen appuyant sur SELECT.

Faites dfiler pour mettre en vidence lesfichiers mdia que vous dsirez couter, etappuyez sur SELECT. BLIK affichera[Ajouter la la liste], appuyez de nouveausur SELECT et BLIK ajoutera les chansons la liste dattente et commencera les lireautomatiquement.

Parcourir une listeAppuyez sur BROWSE la chanson joue

actuellement saffichera. Utilisez < et > pourvoir les chansons qui sont dans la listedattente pour le playback. Pour aller enavant et lire une chanson dans la listedattente, utilisez, < et > et appuyez surSELECT. Il est important de remarquer ici

les fichiers mdia pris partir de la fonctionradio Partage Windows peuvent auusi treajouts la liste dattente de la radio.

SI vous avez des problmes avec votre radioInternet BLIK Wi-Fi, veuillez lire ce guide sur ledpannage. Vous pouvez galement visiter lasection AIDE du site Internet Reciva(www.reciva.com), la section support du siteInternet Revo (www.revo.co.uk), ou appelernotre support technique au 01555 66 61 61.

Si vous prouvez des difficults connecterBLIK Wi-Fi au rseau sans fil, ces tapespourraient vous tre utiles pour rsoudre leproblme:

1. Assurez-vous quun systme Wi-Fi soitconnect votre PC, et quil peut avoiraccs internet (et quil peut balayer leWeb) en utilisant le mme rseau.

2. Contrlez quun serveur DHCP soitdisponible, ou que vous ayez configur uneadresse IP statique sur la radio. Vouspouvez configurer une adresse IP statiquesur la radio en utilisant le menu Configurer -> Config. rseau -> Editer Config, et ensuiteslectionnez Non pour Auto (DHCP).

3. Contrlez que votre pare-feu de rseaune bloque pas les ports de sortie. BLIK Wi-Fi a besoin, au minimum, davoir accs auxports UDP et TCP ports 80, 554, 1755,5000 et 7070.

4. Contrlez que le point daccs ne freinepas les connections certaines adressesMAc. Vous pouvez voir ladresse MAC de laradio en utilisant le menu Configurer ->Config. rseaug -> Voir Config -> adresseMAC.

5. Si vous avez un rseau crypt, contrlezque vous avez bien entr la cl ou le mot depasse corrects dans la radio. Souvenez-vousque les cls en format de texte sontsensibles la casse. Si, quand vous essayezde vous connecter un rseau crypt,votre radio affiche: Erreur rseau sans filsuivit dun numro 5 chiffres, assurez-vous davoir entr le mot de passe correctpour le rseau. Si le problme persiste,vous avez sans doute besoin de consulter laconfiguration de votre rseau.

Si BLIK Wi-Fi peut se connecter au rseauavec succs, mais est incapable de lirecertaines stations, cela est peut-tre d auxraisons suivantes :

1. La station nest pas en train detransmettre ce moment-l (rappelez-vousquelle pourrait tre situe dans un fuseauhoraire diffrent).

2. La station a atteint le nombre dauditeurssimultans maximum.

3. La station ne transmet plus.

4. Le lien cette radio a expir.

5. La connexion Internet entre le serveur(souvent situ dans un autre pays) et vousest lente. Essayez dutiliser un PC pourreproduire le flux travers le site Internetdu radiodiffuseur.Si vous pouvez reproduire la station avec unPC, mais pas avec BLIK Wi-Fi, utilisez leformulaire que vous trouverez surhttp://www.reciva.com/ afin dexpliquer leproblme Reciva: ils peuvent changer lesdonnes de la station qui sont utilises parvotre radio.
