Officiated 1971-1996 (25 years) Did States '94, '95, Officiated many sectional,

district, regional in District III, Officiated College Division III national Qualifiers and

MAC's Championships, also served as head official in some. Officiated Manheim Christmas

Tournament for 14 years. Outstanding Official 3 times in the Lancaster-Lebanon

Wrestling League, Served as Sect-treasurer for 12 years in Lancaster-Lebanon

Officials Assoc. Member of the District III coaches Hall of Fame '98 and E-town Wrestling Hall of Fame '09

Head Coach Elizabethtown Boys Club 1971-1986 boys ages 6-12. Some of the boys

coached included Tom Miller State champ and placed second, John Risser (4),

Keith Thomas (3), Dennis Rosenberry (2), John Givens (5), and (2), Sean Cummings (4)

Boys Club gave them a foundation in wrestling fundamentals for them to be successful

in life as well as wrestling

Member of the National Wrestling Hall Of Fame Pa. Chapter for the past 13 years

Presently serves as the secretary for the past two years. Presently CO-Chair of

Elizabethtown Rotary Golf Tournament that has raised over $180,000 for the

past seven years for caner research

In 2006 started a committee to raise funds for the wrestling coach at Elizabethtown

College to become a full time coach. Raised $125,000. The position is now full-time

In 1976 founded the Elizabethtown Jr. High Optimist Club Wrestling Tournament

The tournament it the unofficial Jr. High championship in the Lancaster-Lebanon League

Completed its 38th year. Still tournament director. It is the longest continuous Jr. High tournament in the state.

Served as a weight-master at the P.I.A.A. State Wrestling Champions since 2000.

Served in the U.S. Air Force from 1963-1967. Served as the tournament director

at EIWA at F&M in 2008. Served as tournament direct at the Division III MAC"S and Metropolitan

Wrestling tournaments. Served in many functions at the Lancster-Lebanon League

Tournament since it started in 1995, officiating, assist tournament director and bout

coordinator. Served as the Lancaster-Lebanon League Wrestling Official Assigner

for the past 25 years. Been involved with wrestling for 48 years as official, coach and contributor
