Where we must BELIEVE cause this is the feeling that keep us moving forward, motivated, leaerning, teaching, developing and changing lifes. Sometimes is more than believing is something you take into actions with determination, be cause every- thing we do will increase for the wellbeing of thousands (families, children, mothers, youth, entire commu- nities, etc). I believe in our mission be cause I can dimension it and I’m aware of my actions guided by my knowledge applied to an organization that gives so much to its members. The World doesn’t supply peace, we DO, leaving the EGO behind and doing things with passion. Something that has defined my life recently is my career and thanks to this I can think about a clear mission in life, more structurated than just being happy or to satisfy specific needs. I’m convinced as a professional in Marketing that one of my responsibilities is to sell the world the TRUTH, create campaigns that actually can generate a based values conscience, the wellbeing and not only in trading goods for money. Working on this makes us do the right thing based on ethics helping to guide others, letting them to see the world more clearly, and showing them that the world is bigger than they think and is more important than insignificant market trends. I want to give my part for peace, there’s no product more important than people’s LIFE, the economic growth should never be more relevant than the quality of life for entire communities. Who’s Ricardo?

I’m the youngest member of my family...

My Dad is from Santa Marta and my Mom is from Manzanares

Caldas...

I wasn’t a great student, my grades were really normal...

I studied in three different schools and I always questioned every-

thing, politics, religion...When I was a teenager I realized

that music was an amazing source of creativity...

So I learned how to play drums and guitar since my childhood!

I started studing Marketing and Interna-tional Logistics Management at the

Sabana University, but I did not feel ok with how they teach Marketing so I

decided to study at Sergio Arboleda University Marketing and International

Business!

Marketing is an Amazing career, it’s all about creating

strategies in a diverse, dynamic marketplace called

WORLD!

Since 2011 I had the great opportunity to become part of AIESEC it´s been one of the best XP’s of my life...

I have a girlfriend that I love and she´s an AIESECer too she

has been a great support

I hope to give the best of me to give others the tools to grow, change impact but not only with images or videos, with tangible ACTIONS!!!

I have a Brother and a Sister they are both married now...

Maybe because of that I’ve never felt like a “Rolo” at all. And since I was a child I never saw paisas, costeños or whatever,

they are all colombians for me.

INTERPERSONAL AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS: In marketing is essential to be a good listener for what our stakeholders want and need. Ando also is important to translate this for my team to take everything into account to make the best targeted campaigns to engage our audience.

If i want everything to work and improve I also need to use analitycs, to track and trace what we are doing around the colombian territory and see clearly how’s our effectiveness. Another thing really important is that I have the knowledge to use designing programs for a better way to create concepts for advertisement and a clear showcasing of our products.

GENERAL QUESTIONNAIRE1. As we are not allowed in this case to work with Educational GIP TN, we should focus on the rest of the products that we have in our Portfolio for these sectors: IT Solutions, Tourism, Costumer Service, Marketing, International Business, Journalism and Public Relations.

My plan would be focused on these steps:

-Diversification of Channels: After seeing all the demographic factorts of our actual TN takers and potential develop and create if its necessary the best channels to communicate and become more attractive as a soluc-tion for their need on Internacional Talent.-Consideration of Our Competitiveness: AIESEC in Colombia is not selling and what is the competence or the similar organizations like us doing, this would help us to define REAL differences to be better among the segments we sell, this means that we need to understand our competitors, their offerings and how are we different.-Creativity: To invent new ideas of showcasing, new media, animated videos, online channels, different ads, things that need to be innovative and functional.-Useful Content: Our material and channels are being clear enough? there ir important to keep tracking our approach to our TN Takers.-We need to be more social: We need to improve and keep our relations among our stakeholders to boost re-sales, and they work also to build trust and avoid detractors.-Call to ACTION!: Every engagement that we use for our TN takers and potential ones is important, our mem-bers must act like professionals and people who knows what they are doing and which are those results when we have good or bad practices. (Try, Learn, Improve and Repeat).

For the Market Segments Exposed I would work this way:

Tourism, Customer Service: Cartagena, Valledupar, Uninorte, Uniatlántico.IT Solutions: EAFIT, Andes, Rosario.Marketing, International Business: Andes, Rosario Javeriana, Uninorte.Journalism, Public Relations: Andes, EAFIT, Manizales.

(The entities where chosen by a demographic, geographic and economic study criteria, depending on char-acteristics such us: Culture, Behavior, Incomes, Companies demands. And results that were obtained in the last periods).

2. To improve our Winning Together Culture we need 4 important steps:

ATTACHED MORE TO OUR MISSION AND COMMUNICATE IT TO NOT JUST INTERNALLY: I understand that in terms of culture is just an Internal Matter. But, if our members feel the confortable enough to share our mission among different people who could be potential members or tn takers help us to feel that what we do everyday is woth it!.

IDENTIFY AND COACH PEOPLE DAMAGING THE CULTURE: Is important to communicate the right expecta-tions and change behavior, is important to win, be recognized and sale our products but not against our values. Also the people who damage our culture are the first creators of detractors.

REWARD PEOPLE WHO REALLY HELP TO KEEP OUR CULTURE: When we do this we are creating more making decision-in line with our organizational values, our members feel stronger and able to impact even more.

WE NEED TO BE MORE SPECIFIC AND TAKE CARE ABOUT RECRUITING PEOPLE BASED ON OUR CUL-TURE: AIESEC is a place for learning and is ok to make mistakes, but there are some mistakes that if the organization needs to be careful and if they are not going to punish the responsible should at least recruit the ones that are going to be naturaly wired to our values. You learn a lot in this organization and we are all grateful for that. But some basic manners and people unfocused can damage the culture really bad.

3. My 5 big Milestones are:

1. Public Relations Built on Trust: To make this possible first we need “expert” AIESECers to sell the organiza-tion exactly as it is, not making promisses that will never be real, people whiling to think outside of the box. Show externals our brand in a proper clean and professional way, every little detail takes part into externals perspective about what is the Biggest young leaders organization in the planet, if we show the opposite we are lost. We need to be persistent not acting like stalkers, one thing is not letting a relation to go, another is to show as like a bad and only focused on sales organization.2. Customer Service: To get and achieve our 2015 goals we need to seriously take into account that meme-bers that are not making a difference and having an awful way to deal with our TN takers, Trainees and EP’s are destroying our organization, there´s place for mistake but not for irresponsible behavior. It is worse for the organization to keep people who dare to damage the name and image of the organization than to keep them and try to teach them, for marketing issues it is better to keep people who deserve to have AIESEC’s opportunities.3. Sales Timing: Time is our enemy, for the LC´s sales for some take more than to others, for PR it is important to be strict as much as possible to track the time for making sales, engaging a new partner or making an event for externals. It is not acceptable to be preparing an event one month before when it needs to be done, proactiveness is vital. Better tracking focused on meaningfull tasks.4. Leadership Performance: Our leaders are really leaders? or they are after tittles to feed their ego? We need to coach and teach what it is to be humble, a humble leader is the one who keeps generating results constantly not just for a few months.5. Marketing Networking: Events, we need at least one event for externals every year, if we want to spread our message and let people know about AIESEC, we should stop acting like is a secret. We are a powerful organization, but we don´t communicate with the professionalism that we need to ensure that sometines. And this is also a good way to stop detractors to missunderstand what we do and why we do it.
