Application Guidelines:Please name your application package next way:

LAST_First_MCVP15.16_CurrentCountry (Ex: PRIETO_Cristina_PuertoRico); send your complete application to MCP current ([email protected]) and

MCPe ([email protected]) by February 12, 2015, 22:00 AST (UTC/GMT -4 hours). Your application must be submitted in English, in the form of PDF, as a zip

file, and will be uploaded to experience.aiesec.org. It’s HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to send the applications at least one day before the deadline. You will receive a

confirmation email once we have received your application.

Please, keep in mind that we will NOT accept any late or incomplete applications.

The application package must contain:• The application questionnaire (which includes the

general information, personal questions, general questions and specific questions)

• CV with your experiences within AIESEC.The CV should have a maximum of 1 page

• Cover Letter: Explaining why you applying for said role and why are you standing for AIESEC in Puerto Rico in 1 page maximum.

• Completed MBTI Test:• Please use the excel tool from the attachments to the

application form. Fill the tool in and attach the file to the application package

• Endorsement letters from:• Puerto Rican candidates:

• 1 from someone you lead • 1 from someone that lead you• 1 from a entity of AIESEC in Puerto Rico (from a current

leader in the entity)

• Internationals:• 1 from someone that you lead• 1 from someone that lead you • 1 from your Home LC (must hold a current position)• 1 from your Home MC (must be current MC members)

• Note: Each of those letters has to be signed by the person you have chosen. Otherwise they will NOT be accepted. These letters will be verified for its authenticity.

• A creative video presentation of yourself that allows us to grasp your personality and your motivation to be part of this team. Use this space to show us who you really are. It should not exceed 3 min and should be uploaded video to YouTube. Do not send the video, only the link, in a PDF file.

4. How do you envision the AIESEC 2020 mid-term ambition for Puerto Rico?

5. Please give a brief review of the current state of the local entities and provide your recommendations and/or strategies for next term to improve performance?

6. What do you perceive as the current bottlenecks of AIESEC in Puerto Rico and what will you do to ensure these bottlenecks are resolved?

2. Taking into consideration the changes in the Marketing area and the new customer flows, what is your main strategies to improve the synergy between Marketing and the other functional areas? Please provide action steps and implementation timeline.

3. How will you make sure that the products of AIESEC in Puerto Rico will be properly packaged and that they will reach the right targets markets? Please create a marketing strategy of one product for B2C and one for B2B.

2. Seeing as IM is a new area in AIESEC in Puerto Rico how do you foresee it’s growth and implementation for the upcoming term? Why do you believe this is necessary?

3. Taking into consideration the current status of each of the local entities and the current membership criteria, what changes would you suggest to the current structures to ensure that we are more customer-centric and focused on increasing our number of exchanges.

2. Analyzing the number of outgoing exchanges of recent years, create a timeline of the term 15.16 with the goals AIESEC in Puerto Rico should aim to achieve.

3. Mention and explain at least three concrete strategies to ensure that AIESEC in Puerto Rico continues growing in exchanges to develop into a tier 3 country and on the right path to grow even more. (If considering co-delivery, mention possible country partners and your reasoning for identifying them.)

2. In recent years, AIESEC in Puerto Rico has faced many cash flow challenges to run operations. Taking account the last 3 terms (12/13, 13/14 and 14/15) what strategies would you implement to make the MC and AIESEC in Puerto Rico financially more sustainable?

3. Which key partners should AIESEC in Puerto Rico capitalize on the next term to increase the level of our operations and why? (mention at least 3 possible partners)
