This green icon is for earning opportunities

This blue icon is for spending opportunities

Where this icon appears, it means there are various

options available with different time credits value.

This Time opportunities brochure has been produced by

Spice Innovations and ACE as part of the Community

Currencies in Action (CCIA) collaboration project.

CCIA is a transnational partnership working to develop and

deliver community currency demonstrations in several member

states across the North West of Europe. CCIA will lead the way in

sharing knowledge and best practice to enable communities

throughout Europe to grow stronger in their ability to achieve

vibrant and prosperous networks that are efficient in delivering

    social, economic and environmental outcomes.

CCIA will design, develop and implement community currencies

across NW Europe; providing a rigorously tested package of

support structures to facilitate the development of CCs across

NWE and promote CCs as a credible (policy) vehicle for

    achieving positive outcomes.

CCIA is part funded through the INTERREG IVB North West

Europe (NWE) Programme, which is a financial instrument of the

European Unions Cohesion Policy - Investing in Opportunities.

amenities where public transport cannot or does not, and can

provide a vital lifeline for those most vulnerable to isolation and

    loneliness.

As a Transport Volunteer, you will meet the older person at their

home, take them to the hospital or a similar appointment and stay

with them; you then ensure they get home safely after the

It is a gentle exercise class for those who want an

easy introduction to Pilates, who are returning to

Pilates, or who have any specific health issues and

need to get back to doing some exercise. The great

thing about Pilates is that you can adapt it to the

needs of the individual. It is gentle but quickly

increases strength, stamina and suppleness, as

well as helping with balance. Most of the exercises

are done on the chair, with the exception of warm

up, which is done standing. We also use some light

    hand weights.
