Carl Misch is the Clinical Professor and Director of Oral Implantology at Temple University, Philadelphia. He serves on the Board of Trustees at the University of Detroit where he is also an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Prosthodontics. He is Adjunct Professor at the University of Michigan, School of Dentistry in the Department of Periodontics/Geriatrics and Adjunct Professor at the School of Engineering in the Department of Biomechanics, at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Mr Amin Aminian - UK Aesthetic guidelines for everyday implant practice
Specialist in Prosthodontics, Manchester. In 2004, Amin completed the four-year Specialist training programme at Manchester and was awarded the MRD (Membership in Restorative Dentistry). He is currently an honorary clinical teaching fellow in Restorative Dentistry at the University of Manchester Dental Hospital.

Dr Hani Dalati – UK/ Dubai The orthodontist’s role in the implant dental practice
Hani is specialist in Orthodontics, renowned speaker in the UK, Middle East and internationally. He was awarded the 'Lifetime Achievement' Award of the American Biographical Institute in 2008 and he represented the United Kingdom to receive a Gold Medal from the American Biographical Institute in 2009.

Extensive experience in implant dentistry and sinus grafts. Dr Patel has also been made an Examiner at Warwick University for the Master degree in Implant Dentistry and an examiner for the Royal College of Surgeons of England.

He is an expert in all aspects of cosmetic dentistry including veneers and invisalign but his passion is in placing implants. David was shortlisted for Young Dentist of The Year in the UK.
Dr Adel Moufti - Syria Occlusion in relation to aesthetics
Adel is a prosthodontist, a leader of occlusion education at the University of Warwick. He has done his PhD training and taught in Newcastle University. Adel is an ITI scholar.

Iyad is the academic course director of Implant Dentistry in Warwick Dentistry. He has extensive experience in pharmological studies and relation to dentistry and implantology.

Dr Azim Azhar- Malaysia Aesthetic management of patient with severe Hypodontia: case study
He is a Lecturer and Specialist in Prosthodontics at the Faculty of Dentistry, Universiti Teknologi MARA, Shah Alam in Malaysia. He completed his dentistry training in Belfast and his prosthodontics training at the Eastman dental institute. His main interests are within the area of aesthetic dentistry, dental implants and full mouth reconstruction.
