１ はじめに
この手引きはこんな人に向けて作っています。
☆英語で会話を楽しみたいと思っている人へ
☆話し相手が英語で何を言っているのか聞き取りたい人へ
☆今まで学んだことを，まとめて復習したい人へ
☆もっといろんな文を覚えたい人へ

最初にすることは，表紙を選ぶことです。次に，その国にいつ行くのか決めてしまい
ましょう。特に行きたくなくても，その国で英語を話している自分を想像しながら学習
しましょう。

２ セルフプレゼンテーションとは？
オリジナルの自己紹介文です。○
３年生の冬休み明けには５分以上の発表をしましょう。教科書やワークシートの空欄
を埋める自己紹介ではありません。自分だけのオリジナルです。｢自分の名前について｣
「自分の地域について」｢学校のこと｣など話題はたくさんあります。将来使うことを考
えながら作成すれば楽しいですよ。
基本文も覚えてしまいます。○
このような自己紹介だと，長い発表ほど聞いてI like tennis. I like English. I like cake.
いる方が飽きてしまいます。同じ内容でも のようにして，さPlaying tennis makes me fun.
らっと言えたら，かっこいいと思いませんか？３年生の冬休みまでには，４５文以上の
基本文を自分のセルフプレゼンテーションに入れることになります。自分のセルフプレ
ゼンテーション文を暗記してしまえば，発表する度に１年から３年までの基本文を復習
することになり，テスト対策もできてしまいます。

ないことを話すのは，日本語でも難しいことです。英語で会話をするときには，自分の

３ セルフプレゼンテーションの作成法
Step 1
授業で学んだ基本文を，身の回りのことにして書き換え，先生にチェックしてもらい
ましょう。書いた文はノートの同じ場所にためておきます。

夏休みなどの長期休業を用いて，毎時間ためた文をまとまりのある文章に書き換えま
しょう。作成したら， や先生に見てもらいます。ALT

や先生方がよりよい表現にしてくれます。清書用紙に書いて提出しましょう。ALT

Step 4
清書用紙が返ってきたら，何も見ないで言えるようになるまで練習しましょう。言え
るようになったら，発表したり，身につけた文を用いて会話をしてみましょう。

発表したら，新しい文を足していきましょう。基本の型ができたら，次の長期休業を
待つことはありません。友達の発表を聞いて，どんな文を使っているのか，どんな内
容が受けるのかなどよく聞いて，自分のセルフプレゼンテーション文にどんどん取り
入れていきましょう。
