Loyalty talk?

Loyalty Talk is specifically for retailer to communicate with the loyalty program. Three different tools which retailers can use to communicate with loyalty program

1. Template : Retailers enters the card number and value purchased in the template provided by loyalty program and uploads the details on day to day basis.

2. API : Retailers will be given an API, where in API will talk with the Loyalty program backend and updates the reward points.

3. Direct Entry: Retailers will be given back end credentials and will have an authority for uploading the reward points directly.

How to enrol for Loyalty Program

1. User sign up : user can sign up by going to program website and get register them self for the Loyalty Program.

2. Call and register : This is offline process were admin will be requested by customer to create an account on behalf of customer. Admin will send the credentials and details to customer.

3. Registration Form in retailer store : Customer fills the registration form offline and submits to retailer. Retailer will forward the registration form to loyalty program to create an account. Admin will create an requested account and sends credentials and details to customer.
