EstateProfessionals

Jim Zaspel

When you’re as serious about real estate as I am,you’ll want to have certain virtual tools on hand

that make working in real estate less stressful. Youhave a lot to juggle already and plenty of concerns,so why not utilize your smartphone even more bydownloading apps that are specifically designed

for those of us in real estate?

Here’s a short list I createdof some virtual tools andapps that can help agent

and client alike.

Docusign

Docusign makes life much simpler forrealtors. You can keep all of your important

documents with you in a digital format. Then, instead of dragging pounds of paper

around, you can be easily organized andmake document signing and organization an

easy task.

You don’t have to be worried how you’lltransport everything or show up to meet

with a client and realize you forgot to bringalong the contract they needed to sign!

Redfin

This app is a top tool for real estate agents, buyers, and sellers too because of its

awesome features! It updates every fifteenminutes to show the latest listings and

prices.

Buyers can specify their search usingdifferent criteria, such as a certain

neighborhood, school district, and more, while having access to over 70 million

listings. All of the property information islisted in the app and benefits all users.

Homesnap

Homesnap is an app that allows users totake a picture of any home in the country

and then receive data on it, such as itslistings, the property value, census data, and

a lot more.

The app also has agent-only MLS data andways for agents to promote themselves

through the app. In addition, it has a featurefor agents and their clients where messages

can be sent back and forth. If the clientdoesn’t have the Homesnap app, don’t

worry! The message will still be sent as atext.

Premier agent

Premier agent is a great app from Zillow, which collects listings from both Zillow and

Trulia and displays them for the client. There’s even a video feature that offers

virtual tours of certain properties! Userscan also manage listings and profiles in a

simple and easy-to-use way.

Periscope

Finally, Periscope is an incredibly useful appfor a real estate agent and interested clients.Though not initially created specifically for

real estate, it can be used in an amazinglyhelpful way.

Periscope allows users to livestreamwhatever is in front of them to other

Periscope users. This app is a great tool ifyou’re conducting an open house and knowsome people cannot make it. Send them the

link to your Periscope feed and conduct avirtual tour; your clients will get a feel forthe property and also see how much effort

you put into being a great agent!
