What are the risks and benefits of expanding the Disney brand in new ways, such as video games and superheroes?

Risks : 1) Company will face stiff competition from already established brands like nintendo.2) Old customers may be emotional and wont accept new trends3) Company needs to deal with conflict between preserving core values and innovationBenefits:New aquisition will create large customer base.

Innovation will add new customers who are fan of super heroes

This strategy help them bring in more revenues and profits.
