Horror Audience Profile I think that the target audience of Horror films would be Teenagers or the younger generation , ageing 15-35. Teens are curious and naïve which draws them to horror films as they love the suspense. Men are usually stereotyped as the main target audience but women are usually more interested in horror films than males. This is because female like to feel the surprise and Shock. I would not class young children as a target audience as most children are to scared to watch 50+) in the target audience as the older you get the more worry’s you have the more suspicious you get, therefor older people tend to avoid Horror films.
