• Go To 'Edit Your Page'. Click Wall Settings. • Be sure the Default View For Wall says 'All Posts' this will
open up your page so that people will feel more likely to post comments, and get engaged. It will also be less confusing for the consumer to view your interactions.
• Now, take a look at what you allow people to post, be sure
you are allowing your likers/fans to engage.
**One way to avoid people trying to spam your page is to not allow links to be shared.** (this is the only box I would recommend un-checking!)

Don't just glance at this data! Take a closer look & APPLY!
What's Your Demographic? Who's interacting on your page? Males? Females? Both? How old are they? These questions will help you understand how to address your fans/likers. Understanding your demographic helps you decide what content to share. Who's "Liking" Your Page? The demographic of your fans may be different than those who actually interact. This will help you deliver relevant info from your business.

o Take a look at what your audience is viewing on your page. Is the major percentage on your wall? On Your Landing Page? At your info? Events? etc.
o Knowing this information will allow you to gage what your audience is interested in or needs from your page.
o For Example: if you high percentage is looking at your Info tab, this may indicate they are confused and do not know what you do or offer.
• Engage Your Followers:o Use several different forms of media to engage your fans/likers.
Anytime you create a video/radio commercial share it on your page!
o Unique Page Views vs Page Views will help you see if new people are coming to your site, and then if they are frequenting the page!
Robbins-Sanford Hall:• Your wall is the most active area of the page! This is great, this
means you are providing interesting content, and people are engaging.
• Your second highest is the Events tab! o This is also great because are curious about what's happening at
your Grand Hall, and this means your goal of curiousity is being met online!
