John 14:13-14 And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Son may bring glory to the Father. 14 You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it.

Jer. 33:3 -'Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.'

Lk. 18:13 - And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner..'

Isa 55:9- "As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts. ..'

Gal 4:19- But oh, my dear children! I feel as if I am going through labor pains for you again, and they will continue until Christ is fully developed in your lives.NLT

Few Things we must be sure when Praying

1. Be Sure it’s being heard2. Be Sure it’s in the will of God

1 John 5:13-15NIV 14 This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask

anything according to his will, he hears us. 15 And if we know that he hears us-whatever we ask-we know that we have what we asked of him.

Isa 59:1-2NASB

Behold, the Lord's hand is not so short That it cannot save; Neither is His ear so dull

That it cannot hear. 2 But your iniquities have made a separation between you and your God, And your sins have hidden His face from you, so

that He does not hear.

Ps 66:18

18 If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me:KJV

3. Be Sure it will glorify God

No amount of Human Righteousness, nor human perfection, nor human sacrifice, nor human performance can ever make

us qualify to speak to God or gain the favor of God- BUT through JESUS CHRIST

Imputation

“ To attribute or blame sin and guilt to somebody ”- Lev. 16:21-22

2 Cor. 5:21- God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might

become the righteousness of God.

Substitution

“To put somebody or something in place of another ”

Gal 3:13- Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us, for it is written: "Cursed is everyone who is

hung on a tree."

Redemption

“ buying back of something given or owned, the act of saving something or somebody from a declined, dilapidated or corrupted

state and restoring it, him or her to a better condition ”

Gal 3:14- He redeemed us in order that the blessing given to Abraham might come to the Gentiles through Christ Jesus, so that by faith we might receive the promise of the Spirit.

Justification“ to declare someone just or righteous ”

Jesus is the Way to the father

John 15:5b
