Thrive

2 35National Conference is a one-of-a-kind, three-day event convening the AISES family – pre-college, college and graduate students, educators, professionals and partners. Here are five reasons why you cannot afford to miss this gathering.

The mission of the American Indian Science and Engineering Society (AISES), is to substantially increase the representation of American Indians, Alaska Natives and Native Hawaiians in the science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) fields. We accomplish this goal with the generous support of our sponsors.

Your investment in this conference and AISES year-round programming makes it possible for AISES to continually enhance and expand our impact through development opportunities, convening the largest STEM career and education fair in Indian Country, delivering relevant and inspiring keynote speakers and providing both formal and informal networking and mentoring opportunities to our attendees.

We will provide regular updates regarding the National Conference to the AISES website at: www.aises.org.

This will be the 38th annual AISES National Conference. The AISES National Conference has become the premier event for Native American STEM professionals and students, attracting attendees from across the country. Don’t miss the chance to get your organization’s name in front of an anticipated 1,800 attendees and take advantage of a host of outstanding sponsor benefits.

This mix encourages mentoring and sharing that is unparalleled at other events.

Indigenous Culture

AISES incorporates the Native cultures throughout the conference. Offering blessings, insights and wisdom throughout the event, our Council of Elders helps remind us where we came from and of our responsibility to the generations to follow.

New and Improved Networking Suites

This “buffet-style” networking event offers a series of simultaneous receptions. Join conversations and meet others with common interests and careers…a great chance to build new relationships! Use this opportunity to meet and mingle with students to schedule meetings and interviews, to get some casual, one on one time with the conference attendees, and to meet fellow sponsors and exhibitors. Each suite will feature different reception food and beverages, and attendees are encouraged to visit one or more of their “interest group” receptions.
