Over six years of experience in the Croatian market

● 2003 Bau Holding Strabag AG expands its portfolio with new services in Croatia -Technical management, technical consulting and management – and founds a new company Facility Management Croatia d.o.o.

● 2007 Facility Management Croatia d.o.o. now operates under the company STRABAG Facility Management d.o.o. and assumes in its portfolio new infrastructural services: cleaning

● 2008 STRABAG acquires DeTeImmobilien– one of the largest German providers of services related to real estate (it manages real estate of net area of 15.4 million m² and with 35,000 facilities).

● January 2009 STRABAG Facility Management d.o.o. uses its experience and knowledge connected with the German market and launches a new type of service: Real estate management services

● March 2011 the company operates under the new company name STRABAG Property and Facility Services d.o.o.
