    BIRTH CERTIFICATES REQUIRED

A student, parent/guardian, or custodian is required to present legal proof of a studentsname, citizenship and birthdate when a child is registered in school. If a student was born in an authori-ty outside of Canada, an official document from that authority will be accepted. If this documentationhas not yet been provided to the school, we request you have this in by mid-January. We are required tohave a copy of all students birth certificates on file.

The approximate cost of obtaining a birth certificate in Canada is $35.75. The parent/guardian requesting the birth certificate must have one piece of identification (their own birthcertificate, drivers license or passport). Once ordered, it will take approximately two weeks to arrive.
