The innovative Scco AWS 102 window system can be seamlessly integrated without adversely affecting the uniform faade geometry and all with vent weights up to 250 kg. There are three different types of glazing available for Schco AWS 102.

Structural Glazing - Verklebung mit Zweikompo-nenten - Silikonklebstoff z. B. Dow Corning 993 oder Sikasil SG-500 auf eloxierten Aluminium-profilen. Die Verarbeitungsvorschriften des Klebstofflieferanten Dow Corning bzw. Sika Services AG sind unbedingt zu beachten. Die Oberflchenbeschaffenheit der Aluminiumprofile muss den Vorgaben von Schco und des Klebstofflieferanten entsprechen.

Verklebung der Structural Glazing-Isolierglas-scheiben mit UV-bestndigem Randverbund. Die Verwendbarkeit ist mit dem Dichtstofflieferanten abzustimmen.

Vor der Verklebung des 3M Structural Glazing Tapes mit dem Stufen-Isolierglas mssen die Hafteigenschaften des 3M Structural Glazing Tapes auf der jeweiligen Glasoberflche objekt-abhngig nachgewiesen werden. Nehmen Sie hierzu frhzeitig Kontakt zu 3M Deutschland auf, da die notwendigen Prfungen in der Regel mehrere Wochen in Anspruch nehmen.

Die uere Scheibe muss aus Einscheiben-Sicherheitsglas bestehen. Ggf. sind abweichende nationale Vorschriften zu beachten.

Beachten Sie fr den Einsatz einer zustzlichen mechanischen Sicherung der Scheiben die jeweiligen nationalen und / oder lokalen Bestimmungen, z. B. das jeweilige Baurecht.

Zum Ausfllen der Wetterfuge eignen sich die Silikone Dow Corning 791, Dow Corning 756sms, Dow Corning 797 und Dow Corning 795 der Firma Dow Corning sowie Sikasil WS-305 und Sikasil WS-605 S der Firma Sika Services AG. Die Verwendbarkeit anderer Dichtstoffe ist mit dem Dichtstoff-lieferanten abzustimmen.

Scheibenberstand aus optischen Grnden mit Silikon abspachteln oder Siebbedruckt ausfhren.

Structural glazing bonding using two-component silicone adhesive e.g. Dow Corning 993 or Sikasil SG-500 on anodised aluminium profiles. The bonding instructions of the adhesive manufacturers Dow Corning or Sika Services AG must be strictly adhered to. The surface properties of the aluminium profiles must correspond to Schco specifications and those of the adhesive supplier.

Bonding the structural glazing insulating glazing panes with UV-resistant edge seal. Suitability must be agreed with the sealant supplier.

Before bonding the 3M structural glazing tape with the stepped insulating glazing, the adhesive properties of the 3M structural glazing tape must be demonstrated on the relevant glass surface for each project. For this purpose, contact 3M Germany at an early stage, since the relevant tests generally take several weeks.

The outer pane must consist of toughened safety glass. Other national regulations must be observed if applicable.

If securing the panes by additional mechanical means, oberve the relevant national and/or local regulations, e.g. the relevant building regulations.

The weather gaps can be filled using silicones Dow Corning 791, Dow Corning 756sms, Dow Corning 797 and Dow Corning 795 manufactured by Dow Corning and Sikasil WS-305 and Sikasil WS-605 S manufactured by Sika Services AG. The use of other sealants must be agreed with the sealant supplier.

For reasons of appearance, apply silicone to the glass overlap or screen print.
