GlideRecords etc. Worked on automating a third party network configuration management

tool called Tanium with ServiceNow. Worked on Automating ServiceNow with a database called PAM. Created and configured multiple surveys to be triggered on tickets closure. Created new user defined tables for new related lists or new applications
