A RESOLUTION RESPECTFULLY INFORMING THE PRESIDENTIAL ACTION GROUP OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT THAT THE LETTER OF DAMAYAN MARALITANG TAGA BUKID HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION AND KUSANG UMBRELLA NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION WAS REFERRED TO THE HEAD OF THE CITY URBAN DEVELOPMENT AND HOUSING OFFICE AND DEPUTIZED ZONING ADMINISTRATOR, THE CONCERNED OFFICE AND HEAD, THAT HAS THE FUNCTION OF GRANTING APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY LOCATIONAL CLEARANCES. ,1

WHEREAS, this Sangguniang Panlungsod is in receipt of Transmittal letter from Ms. Veronica P. Sotto, Presidential Staff Officer VI, Presidential Action Center, Office of the President, transmitting therewith the letter dated August 17, 2014 of the Damayang Maralitang Taga Bukid Homeowner's Association, and Kusang Umbrella Neighborhood Association requesting that they be furnished with a copy of Approval of Preliminary Location Clearance for the year 2014 for Innovation Ville Phase I to VI, Barangay Pooc, Santa Rosa City, Laguna, duly approved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod with the signature of the Mayor, Vice-Mayor and the Secretary;

WHEREAS , the Presidential Action Group, Office of the President is hereby respectfully informed that the letter of the mentioned Homeowner's Associatiqn was received by the Sangguniang Panlungsod on August 18, 2014 and calendared as one of the Agenda in the Session of the Sangguniang Panlungsod and on the 33rd Regular Session, held on August 28, 2014, the letter of Association was referred to the Head of the City Urban Development and Housing Office and Zoning Administrator (Deputized by the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board), who is directly under the jurisdiction of the Local Chief Executive/City Mayor;

WHEREAS, the matter of referring the letter to the concerned Zoning Administrator is for reason that the granting of approval of Preliminary Clearances is the function of the said Department Head of the City and not within the functions and duties of the Sangguniang Panlungsod;

WHEREAS, an excerpt from the Regular Session, together with the letter of the subject Homeowner's Association was received by the concerned City Office on September 17, 2014;

NOW, therefore, on a motion duly seconded, it is hereby RESOLVED to RESPECTFULLY INFORM THE PRESIDENTIAL ACTION GROUP, OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT THAT THE LETTER OF DAMAYAN MARALITANG TAGA BUKID HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION AND KUSANG UMBRELLA NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION WAS REFERRED TO THE HEAD OF THE CITY URBAN DEVELOPMENT AND HOUSING OFFICE AND DEPUTIZED ZONING ADMINISTRATOR, THE CONCERNED OFFICE AND HEAD, THAT HAS THE FUNCTION OF GRANTING APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY LOCATIONAL CLEARANCES.
