Gomez Presiding Officer Member Member Member Member Member Member Member SK Chairman RESOLUTION NO. 20 Series 2012 A RESOLUTION ENDORSING THE APPLICATION OF THE NATIONWIDE DEVELOPIMENT CORPORATION (NADECOR), THE PROPONENT OF THE K,INGKING COPPER GOLD PROJECT, FOR ITS DECLARATION ..OF MINING FEASIBILITY ( DMF) BEFORE THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT BUREAU (EMB) WHEREAS, a request for a resolution was addressed to the Barangay Captain, HON. CIRILA A. ENGBINO, was received last March 23, 2012 and presented to the council for approval; WH REAS, NADECOR is a corporation duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the-laws-of thePhjlippines entered into partnership with the Philippine Governme t to explore and develop a mine and was granted a Mineral Production Sharing Aqreernent (MPSA No. 009-92XI) A 1,656 HECTARES MINING TENEMENT LOCATED IN Brgys. Kingking, Magnaga, Tagdangua and Araibo, Municipality of Pantukan, Compostela Valley Province; W,",EREAS, after the conduct of exploration activities, certain areas, of the MPSA have the potential to be developed into commercial operations; WHEREAS, NADECOR will be proposing a mining project in these areas and will secure the necessary permits from the Philippine Government before it can commercially operate; NO N THEREFORE, after a through deliberation w de on the matter, on motion of HON.BENVENIDO C.
