infoN&N mixers MIX series

Even mixing in less than 2 minutesN&N MIX series mixers allow for delicate, yet effective mixing of some types of

stuffings, such as minced meat, in less than two minutes.

Quick and highly effective dischargeN&N MIX mixers provide a very quick discharge with minimal leftovers of the

stuffing between the parts. The difference in the level between the two halves of

the trough is constructed to allow the paddles to quickly move the whole stuffingto a huge discharge gate. There are practically no leftovers in the machine due to

a very small clearance between the trough and the mixing paddles.

Constructed to make it easy to keep it cleanBoth the body and the shafts in the N&N MIX series are made from 100% acid-

resistant steel. Three separate zones: the drive, cleaning and mixing zones help

keep the machine clean, prevent bacterial outbreaks and control the sealing.

Additional cooling The N&N MIX mixers can be optionally equipped with a liquid N2 or CO2 cooling

system. This cooling ensures the viscosity and flexibility of the product, which in

turn facilitates and strengthens the forming process, thus providing consistencyfor the later processing stages. Cooling also decreases the risk of bacterial

development and extends the storage period of the product being mixed.
