Get your paperwork in order, create a paper LTP folder Camera warranties Printer and cameras direction sheets CDs Student permission slip blanks Information about LTP for handouts

Get equipment from LTP

Log in ALL cameras and equipment

Try all equipment; insert batteries into cameras

Give copy of log to Tech Support (school) – back up

Create a Student Camera log sheet

Create a LTP folder on your computer for image downloads and back ups Classroom numbers

On Deadline Day Log in cameras Download images to computer into student folders Print a shuffle page for students to pick from Check off log Delete images from disk to clean it out for the next

time If you have a student teacher – they can do this or

train a student to do at lunch time

Have students create a photography portfolio to save all shuffle pages, final prints and photo ideas
