KABAYANIHAN Service Cooperative (KSC) Nagdaos ng Team Building by Leon

B a l i t a n g S a u d i : 20 OFW inmates decry ‘staying too long’ in Saudi jail, hoping to be home by Christmas
B a l i t a n g P i n a s Debate sa kaso vs GMA umarangkada
Monterona said OFW Gaspar told him that he did try to call many times the PH embassy’s Assistance to the National (ANS) staff but the latter is not answering OFW Gaspar calls to follow and attend on his case along with other
OFW inmates’ jail for 8 months now though he had only 5 months sentence for possession of liquor. He assailed the lack of assistance from the PH embassy to follow closely his and fellow OFW inmates’ cases as they wish to be home by Christmas and to be reunited their respective families in the Philippines,” Monterona quoting OFW Gaspar.Aside from OFW Gaspar, among the 20 plus OFW cell‐inmates who decry ‘overstaying’ in Al‐Ha’er Jail in Riyadh and were already completed their clearance formalities are Senen Reyes, Cristobal Argel, Nordin Sibayan, Francis Esquebel, Danilo Daliposa, Darius Ferrer.
Monterona calls on the Office of the Undersecretary for Migrant Workers Affairs (OUMWA) of the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) to look into the
cases of overstaying OFW inmates. There are about 77 OFW inmates incarcerated in Al‐Ha’er jail in Riyadh, Saudi’s capital as per the information received by M‐ME.

Secretary Del Rosario flew to Jeddah to meet his Saudi counterpart and discuss bilateral issues including trade, investment, tourism and the welfare of the more than 1.2 million Filipinos working in the kingdom. Both Secretary Del Rosario and Prince Faisal agreed to convene the Fourth Philippine‐Saudi Joint Commission Meeting next year to discuss these issues. It was Secretary Del Rosario's first meeting with Prince Faisal and also his first visit to Saudi Arabia.
magpagamot dahil isang warrant of arrest ang agad
“The defect is legislative.
Therefore, the cure must also be legislative” ani
Paguia.
“It cannot be cured by judicial construction because
the language (verba) of the law is clear.”
Sandiganbayan, bagkus ano pa mang krimen at
20 OFW inmates decry ‘staying too long’ in Saudi jail, hoping to be home by Christmas Despite that they have already served their respective jail term, they’re still in jail. This is according to about twenty (20) overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) who have been incarcerated in a Saudi jail after being convicted of various petty crime offenses as they sought assistance to Migrante‐Middle East (M‐ME), a Filipino migrants’ rights group, providing assistance to distressed, abused, and jailed OFWs. M‐ME regional coordinator John Leonard Monterona said he received a call from OFW Regoberto Gaspar, an inmate in Al‐Ha’er jail in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, asking for assistance to follow his and his fellow OFW inmates cases as he claimed that they had already completed their respective jail term. “Sir naka‐schedule ako ng uwi on Oct.24 pero kinuha ako ng pulis on Oct.26 papunta ng airport dahil since lapsed na ang airplane ticket ko di ako naka‐uwi, (Sir, I am scheduled to leave on Oct. 24 but the police fetched me only on Oct.26 going to the airport, since the airplane ticket had already lapsed I could not go home),” OFW Gaspar told Monterona while talking over a mobile phone.

E D I T O R I A L : Pasko ng Saudi by Antonio Roldan – KSC BOD Chairman
Oo naman, “with no bells on” nga lang. Alam naman natin na “public practicing of any religion other than Islam” dito sa Saudi ay ilegal, kaya Christmas celebration dito is not observed openly.
His Son came to earth for the purpose of redeeming us. God loves us and this love is freely given, without any condition. Tanggapin natin ang dakilang pag‐ibig ng Diyos and upon accepting it, it’s also our responsibility to give that love to others.

Drink eight (8) glasses of water (1.5 liters) everyday and avoid medicine, tablets, injections, diagnosis, etc.
Water Therapy Procedure 1. Early morning, after you get up from bed, (without even brushing your teeth) drink 1.5 liters of water i.e., 5 to 6 glasses. Let us all know that ancient Indians termed this therapy as "Usha Paana Chikitsa" . You may wash your face thereafter. 2. Here it is very essential to note that nothing else, neither drinks nor solid food of any sort should be taken within 1 hour before and after drinking these 1.5 liters of water. 3. It is also to be strictly observed that no alcoholic drinks should be taken the previous night. 4. If required, boiled and filtered water may be used for this purpose. 5. It is difficult to drink 1.5 liters of water at one time, but you will get used to it gradually. 6. Initially, while practicing you may drink four glasses first and to balance two glasses after a gap of two minutes. 7. You may find the necessity to urinate 2 to 3 times within an hour, but it will become normal after quite some time. By Research almost all Diseases Can Be Cured By Water Therapy

Juan 15:5

Wade, James, cancel tour to prep for NBA season LOS ANGELES — With the NBA apparently headed for a Christmas tip-off, LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and other stars scrapped a four-game charity tour planned to keep them busy during the lockout. The “Homecoming Tour” was to open in James’ hometown of Akron, Ohio, on December 1. But the stars changed gears after Saturday’s announcement that the league and its players had reached a “tentative agreement” to end the lockout, hopefully in time for training camps to open on December 9 and a shortened season to start on December 25.

Embassy Statement….from Page 1
Based on the Embassy’s own experience and knowledge, only those with valid residence permits (iqamas) could donate blood to several designated blood banks, usually Saudi government hospitals. The residence permit has to be presented to the hospital before an individual could proceed with his donation. In the past, the Embassy had initiated campaigns where OFWs donated blood to various Saudi government hospitals. There have also been cases where Embassy personnel donated blood to OFWs who were in dire need of it and they were also required to present their residence permits despites their status as diplomats. The Filipino community in the Kingdom is also aware of these requirements as various Filipino organizations have also conducted their own blood donation drives with the knowledge and participation of not only the Embassy, but also instrumentalities of the host government In this regard, the Embassy urges irregular OFWs in the Kingdom to contact the Embassy about their concerns as it would continue to render all possible forms of assistance to distressed OFWs in accordance with the laws and regulations of both the Philippines the Kingdom and would not waver in its commitment to secure and promotes their welfare.
