NEW TEST DELIVERY PARTNER

Effective August 1 all Juniper exams became available at

Pearson VUE testing centers, in addition to Prometric

Effective October 1 Pearson VUE will be the exclusive test

delivery partner for Juniper Networks Certification


WHY MOVE TESTING TO PEARSON VUE?

Pearson VUE is the leader in supporting IT certification programs and brings to

Juniper

GROWTH

5,000 testing centers worldwide

Coverage is the same or greater than Prometric

Continues to grow this channel to meet increasing IT client delivery requirements

Sets high quality and security standards within their channel

INNOVATION

Well funded to invest in new and better technologies and processes

Have a roadmap into 2013 to regularly update and innovate exam delivery technologies

Have invested in several different parts of the certification “ecosystem” - candidate management

systems (I7/CertManager), on-line publishing and study guides, exam prep programs, etc.

VALUE

Industry leading exam security framework, including a secure test driver that they continue to

enhance, high quality testing centers, secure test admission requirements and early exam fraud

detection.


WHAT IS CHANGING?

Effective August 1, 2012 Juniper started transitioning JNCP exam

delivery to Pearson VUE.

The transition occurs over several months, minimizing any negative

impact on our candidates

During August and September ALL JNCP exams will be delivered

through both Prometric and Pearson VUE testing centers.

October 1, Juniper exams available ONLY at Pearson VUE

No impact on outstanding Prometric vouchers

Valid at Prometric thru September and Pearson VUE after October 3

Pearson VUE only vouchers in course kits and Fast Track Portal

as of August 1

Violation of these policies will result in

Warning Letter and/or

Exam results revoked and/or

Banned from participating in the JNCP

Stakes are high – be careful what about how you prepare for your exams

Do not share questions/answers with others

Do not prepare using actual questions/answers

Materials and training offered by Juniper and our education partners is the

best approach
