    THINGS TO BE FOLLOWED DURING

    IMPLEMENTATION OF PROJECT

    1. A Copy of approved DPP to be preserved in each office concerned

    2. Cost must remain within DPP Amount

    3. No new component of work beyond DPP. Prior approval must be

    taken if it became mandatory to include new component

    4. Variation of any component and cost must be intimated toSponsoring Agency/ Ministry

    5. Extension of Project Time if required must be intimated to Sponsoring

    Agency/ Ministry 4 (four) months ahead

    6. Surrender of money (if any) must be intimated through proper channel

    by March 317. Variation in Plinth area of a approved building drawing with the DPP

    must be intimated to Authority concerned

    8. Field visit by IMED/ Planning Commission/ Ministry concerned must

    be taken into account with due attention
