    Alabama Baptist Disaster Relief - Update Over 11,016 volunteers are working indisaster relief efforts, not countingvolunteers from local churchesworking directly with affected

    churches. Seven Southern Baptist churches weretotally destroyed and 39 received moderate to severedamage. Please continue to pray for all affected bythe storms and for volunteers as they minister inaffected areas across our state. There have been 53professions of faith as of May 22.

    Disaster Relief Mission TripJuly 10-16, 2011, we will work through the AlabamaBaptist Convention to work with tornado relief.Details should be finalized by mid-June. Call 420-

    Forest Park Ministry Center During the month of June, we are collecting non-perishable food items for the Forest Park MinistryCenter. Especially needed are canned meats andpeanut butter. Also needed are diapers (sizes 4 &5) and bathroom tissue.

    Save Your Old Phone Books The Community of Hope is having a

    fundraiser and needs your old phonebooks to recycle. Put the books in the"Missions Baskets" around the church.
