I am a qualified Air Hostess who is eagerly and enthusiastically seeking my very first professional cabin opportunity. I have performed due diligence and completed all the required aviation certification requirements with good standing results. Whilst performing my career search, I continue to work in the customer services industry so as to nurture and maintain my customer skills and expertise for when presented with an airline opportunity. I am highly conversant of technology which is key for the airline industry. Coupled with this, I have a highly friendly disposition which strengthens my desire to engage with customers. Personality Making the decision to join the airline industry was based on my character and personality. In this regard, I am highly extroverted by nature which fuels my desire to interact with
people and provide comfort and support to them. I relish chances to listen to and understand customers in order to better serve and meet their expectations.
Leadership Having spent all of my roles in the customer services industry, I have fortunately been presented with a host of opportunities to showcase leadership skills by providing staff with competency
training. My patient nature and demeanour made it easy for me to interact with and train colleagues for their allocated positions.
Public Safety This is a skill set that knows no limit for training and expertise in the airline industry. In accordance with this, I trained in Aviation Security, Safety Emergency Procedures, Water Safety as well as
First Aid Training.
