D E C I S I O N

For the Republic of Macedonia, the Diploma for Completed High School Education,issued to AIEKSANDAR, Dusko, MALEVSKI by the 114th High School in Sofia, PeoplesRepublic of Bulgaria, of 15 November 1993, is hereby recognized as public documentattesting completion of high school education, for the vocation electrical and technicalprofession.

This Decision is deemed final in the administrative procedure.

EXPLICATION

ALESKANDAR MALEVSKI submitted a request for nostrification of a foreign publicdocument, described in the Disposition of this Decision, as complementary document foracquired education in the Republic of Macedonia. With his request, the requesting partysubmitted original documents and three notarized court translations.

During the course of this nostrification procedure, the Expert Commission, based in theMinistry of Education established that the submitted document is equivalent to adocument in the Republic of Macedonia for:

Completed high school education, in electrical and technical profession.

Pursuant to the his submission and in accordance to Article 174 of the Law onVocational Education, it is-hereby decided as in the Deposition of this Decision.

LEGAL REMEDY. Against this Decision an administrative dispute may be initiatedbefore the Supreme Court of Macedonia, no later than 30 days from the date of receiptof this Decision. The fee, for this Decision, in accord with the Law on AdministrativeFees, was duly received and annulled, on request of the requesting party.
