JADRANSKO MORE • ADRIATIC SEA

Hiljadama godina, Jadransko more je raskrsnica za ljude koji donose sa sobom istoriju, tradicije i kulture.

Mjesto za upoređivanje i razmjenu između različitih civilizacija. Ovo more je jedinstveno, zahvaljujući prirodnim resursima, kulturnom i istorijskom nasljeđu i raznovrsnosti turističkih objekata u ponudi, koji obuhvataju prirodu, kulturu, istoriju, hranu i vino i zabavu.

U Jadranskom moru se lako ljeti kretati, zahvaljujući brojnim međujadranskim morskim vezama i dostupnim putovanjima između obala (krstarenja, feriboti, katamarani i hidrogliseri).

Mnogobrojne luke su spremne da dočekaju putnike sa namjenskim objektima i odlično su povezane sa atrakcijama susjednih gradova drumom, željeznicom, autobusom, stazama za pješake i bicikla.

For thousands of years, the Adriatic sea has been a crossroads of people bringing history, traditions and culture with them. A place for comparison and exchange between different civilisations.

This Sea is unique, thanks to the natural resources, cultural and historical heritage and the variety of tourism facilities on offer, which embrace nature, culture, history, food and wine and entertainment.

The Adriatic is a sea in which, in summer, it is easy to move, thanks to the numerous inter-Adriatic sea links and coasting trips available (cruises, ferries, catamarans and hydrofoils).

Numerous harbours are ready to welcome passengers with dedicated facilities and are well connected to the attractions of neighbouring towns by road, rail, bus, pedestrian and cycle paths.

Pomorska mobilnost može imati ključnu ulogu u oblasti Jadrana ali njena isplativost, sigurnost i praktične prednosti, u poređenju sa drumskim transportom, još nijesu adekvatno iskorišćene, uprkos neospornom potencijalu.

Automobili se često više koriste u odnosu na druga prevozna sredstva zbog nedostatka informacija i odgovarajućih infrastruktura i usluga koje bi učinile lakim nezavisno istraživanje zaleđa.

Stoga, intenzivan saobraćaj koji stvara zastoje na putevima naročito ljeti dovodi do znatnog pritiska i na primorske oblasti i na prirodnu sredinu.

Maritime mobility could play a crucial role in the Adriatic area but its cost-effectiveness, safety and practical advantages, compared to road transport, have not been adequately exploited as yet, despite the unquestionable potential.

Cars are often preferred to other means of transport due to the lack of information and of appropriate infrastructures and services that would make independent exploration of the hinterland easy.

Hence, the intensive traffic that crowds the roads especially in summer puts considerable strain on both coastal areas and the natural environment.

ADRIMOB: PROJEKAT • THE PROJECT

Projekat ADRIMOB, zasnovan na fondovima koje je obezbijedila Evropska unija preko IPA Programa prekogranične saradnje na Jadranu, je namijenjen da unaprijedi pomorski putnički prevoz između i duž jadranskih obala razvijajući javni saobraćaj i biciklističke staze koje povezuju luke sa zaleđem. Luke i povezane oblasti moraju, stoga, biti privlačne i transport između luke – ključna intermodalna veza – i centara susjednih gradova mora biti dobro organizovan. ADRIMOB-om se planira unapređenje pruženih informacija i poboljšanje i završetak drumske transportne mreže s obzirom na podsticanje putnika da slobodno istražuju region u okruženju.

ADRIMOB-om će se sprovoditi aktivnosti koje su zasnovane na strateškom planiranju, pored toga i otvaranjem interaktivnog vebsajta www.adrimob-ipa.it koji će sadržati sve informacije o raspoloživim pomorskim vezama na Jadranu. Projektom se takođe predviđaju konkretne primjerne inicijative koje će imati za cilj unapređenje integrisane prekogranične mobilnosti, kao što je, na primjer, mnogo efikasnije autobuske veze od putničkih terminala do centara gradova, efikasnije usluge za bicikla i informativni punktovi u lučkim oblastima.

The ADRIMOB project, which is based on funds provided by the European Union through the IPA Adriatic Cross-border Cooperation Programme, is designed to promote maritime passenger transport between and along the Adriatic coasts by developing public transport and bicycle travel routes that link ports to the hinterland. Ports and related areas must, therefore, be attractive and transport between the port - a crucial intermodal junction - and neighbouring town centres must be well organised. ADRIMOB plans on improving the information provided and on strengthening and completing the road transport network in view of encouraging passengers to freely explore the surrounding region.

ADRIMOB will be implementing actions based on strategic planning, besides creating an interactive website www.adrimob-ipa.eu containing information on all the available maritime links in the Adriatic. The project also envisages concrete exemplary initiatives targeted at improving integrated cross-border mobility, such as, for instance, more efficient bus connections from passenger terminals to town centres, an efficient bike sharing service and information points in port areas.

LUKA BRINDIZI • PORT OF BRINDISI

Brindizi, most ka Grčkoj i Srednjem istoku, je osnovan u 8. vijeku p.n.e. Još od antičkih vremena, bio je važna raskrsnica ekonomskih i kulturnih razmjena među narodima sa italijanskog poluostrva i grčke oblasti i Male Azije.

U posljednje vrijeme, Brindizi je u mogućnosti da razvije svoje lučke oblasti, stvarajući nove obalne zidove i prostore na kopnu namijenjene prevozu tereta i putnika, plovidbi iz zadovoljstva i industrijskim aktivnostima u petrohemijskom i energetskom sektoru.

Brindisi, a bridge towards Greece and the Middle East, was founded in the 8th century BC. Since ancient times, it has always been an important crossroads for economic and cultural exchanges among the people of the Italian peninsula and those of the Greek area and Asia Minor.

In recent years, Brindisi has been able to develop its port areas, creating new quays and new spaces on land dedicated to freight and passenger traffic, pleasure boating and industrial activities in the petrochemical and energy sectors.

Luka Bari, u jugoistočnoj Italiji, ima tri različite funkcije: prekogranični tranzit feribota; komercijalnu za industrijske sirovine; turizam, u vezi sa kruzerima.

Lukom upravlja lučka vlast Autorita Portuale del Levante a pruža sve efikasnije usluge i dobila je ulogu od međunarodnog značaja.

The Port of Bari, in Southeast Italy, has three different functions: cross-border transit of ferry traffic; commercial for the industrial fabric; tourism, linked to cruise ships.

Managed by the Aurtorità Portuale del Levante port authority, it offers increasingly efficient services and has taken on a role of international importance.

LUKA PESKARA • PORT OF PESCARA

U središtu Jadrana, Peskara je pristupna luka ekonomsko-proizvodnom sistemu i istorijskom, arhitektonskom, kulturnom i prirodnom nasljeđu Abruca.

Luka, koja se nalazi 5 km od međunarodnog aerodroma, je direktno povezana sa mrežama autoputeva i željeznice. Dostupna je iz centra grada preko biciklističke i pješačke staze «Ponte del Mare» (Morski most).

In the centre of the Adriatic, Pescara is the access port to the economic-manufacturing system and historical, architectural, cultural and environmental heritage of Abruzzo.

The port, located 5 km from the International Airport, is linked directly with the motorway and rail networks. It is accessible from the city centre via the cycle and pedestrian path “Ponte del Mare” (Sea Bridge).

Luka Fano se nalazi na ulazu u kanal Albani a zaštićena je sa dva lučka bedema (istočni i zapadni).

Sastoji se od Kanala, zapadnog bazena (Darsena Pipeta), istočnog bazena «Darsena Giurgin», «Nuova Darsena» i još jednog doka koji se nalazi sjeverno od prethodnog, a na kojem se nalazi Marina dei Cesari, koja je u funkciji od jula 2003.

The Port of Fano is situated at the entrance to the Albani Canal and is protected by two piers (east and west).

It consists of the Canal, the west basin (Darsena Pipeta), the east basin “Darsena Giurgin”, the “Nuova Darsena” and another dock positioned north of the previous one, which houses the pleasure harbour of Marina dei Cesari, which has been operational since July 2003.

Kanalska luka Pezaro se nalazi na desnoj obali ušća rijeke Folja i sastoji se od pristupnog kanala, zatvorenog bazena, bazena za privezivanje i kanala sa terminalom.

Ona je u potpunosti obložena obalnim zidovima. Ulaz u luku je mnogo sigurniji proširenjem istočnog pristaništa.

The canal harbour of Pesaro is situated on the right bank of the mouth of the River Foglia and consists of the access canal, a detention basin, a mooring basin and a terminal canal.

It is lined entirely with quays. Entrance to the port has been made much safer with the extension of the east pier.

Luka Rimini koja potiče još iz rimskog perioda uglavnom opslužuje ribarske brodove i brodove za zadovoljstvo, ali takođe se bavi putničkim saobraćajem. The Port of Rimini, of Roman origin, is home to mainly fishing boats and pleasure craft, but does not neglect the passenger traffic. To demonstrate its long history still shines today the FARO (lighthouse) built in 1754. Near it is born "Marina di Rimini", marina counted among the most beautiful marinas in the world.

The port of Cattolica is situated at the mouth of the Tavollo river and is protected by two quays. It is mainly used by the fishing industry. Crafts and boats can now use the new, recently opened, dock, situated next to the Circolo Nautico, in the Acquatic Park “Le Navi” area.

Leonardo kanalska luka je srce Ćezenatika, gdje se spajaju umjetnost, kultura i zabava. U njene vode pristaju ribarski brodovi i duž njenih obala se oživljava tradicija preko ukusa primorske kuhinje i organizacije različitih događaja.

Turisti mogu da privežu svoje brodove za zadovoljstvo direktno u kanalskoj luci, dok se dok i turistička luka «Onda Marina» nalaze samo 500 m od kanalske luke na zapadnoj strani.

LUKA RAVENA • PORT OF RAVENNA

Ravena je jedna od glavnih italijanskih luka. Zahvaljujući svom položaju, značajna je za saobraćaj na Mediteranu. U posljednje vrijeme, putnički saobraćaj je zabilježio rast, zahvaljujući terminalu za kruzere koji prima oko 100.000 turista svake godine.

Luka pruža pristup gradu Raveni, priobalnim ostrvima, Po Delta parku, oblastima Ferara i Romanja pa čak do San Marina.

Ravenna is one of the main Italian ports. Thanks to its position, it is important for traffic in the Mediterranean. In recent years, passenger traffic has grown, thanks to a cruise terminal which receives about 100,000 tourists every year.

The port provides access to the town of Ravenna, the coastal lidos, the Po Delta Park, the Ferrara and Romagna areas as far as San Marino.

Luka Kopar u Sloveniji je važan centar za protok i skladištenje roba između centralne i istočne Evrope sa mediteranskim zemljama i Dalekim istokom (kroz Suecki kanal).

Od 2005. posjeduje aktivan terminal za kruzere koji primi oko 108.000 putnika godišnje.

The port of Koper in Slovenia is an important center for the movement and storage of goods between Central and Eastern Europe with the Mediterranean countries and the Far East (through the Strait of Suez).

Since 2005, there is active an cruise terminal which receives about 108,000 passengers annually.

Rovinj ili, kako je opšte poznat, «biser Jadrana», je lijep grad na zapadnoj obali poluostrva Istra, na sjevernom Jadranu.

Rovinj or, as it is commonly known, "the pearl of the Adriatic", is a pretty town on the west coast of the Istrian peninsula, in the North Adriatic.

LUKA RIJEKA • PORT OF RIJEKA

Luka Rijeka je središte Panevropskog koridora «Rijeka-Zagreb-Budimpešta». Dobro je povezana drumom i željeznicom sa centralnom Evropom.

Luka ima ekonomski značaj jer naftovodni sistem povezuje rafinerije u Hrvatskoj, Mađarskoj, Austriji, Bosni i Hercegovini, Srbiji, Češkoj Republici i Slovačkoj.

The Port of Rijeka is the core of the Pan-European Corridor „Rijeka-Zagreb-Budapest“. It is well connected by road and rail with Central Europe.

The port has an economic importance since the pipeline system is linking the refineries in Croatia, Hungary, Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Luka Rab obezbjeđuje pristup jednom od najsunčanijih i najprijatnijih ostrva na Jadranu.

Od 2000. Državna lučka vlast Raba upravlja ovom lukom zajedno sa lučkom vlašću Mišnjaka i još pet hrvatskih luka, radeći ka njenom razvoju.

The Port of Rab guarantees access to one of the sunniest, most pleasant islands of the Adriatic.

Since 2000, the Country Port Authority of Rab has managed this port together with that of Mišnjak and five more Croatian ports, working towards their development.

LUKA ZADAR • PORT OF ZADAR

U pogledu saobraćaja, Zadar je centar regiona koji povezuje sjever i jug Hrvatske savremenom mrežom autoputeva.

Lociran na pola puta između Venecije i Dubrovnika, Zadar je uvijek bio važna tranzitna luka i sa današnjim godišnjim prometom od 2.4 miliona putnika i 350.000 vozila svrstava se među najprometnije luke na Mediteranu.

In terms of traffic, Zadar is the centre of the region that connects the north and the south of Croatia by the modern highway network.

Located halfway between Venice and Dubrovnik, Zadar has always been an important transit port and with today's annual traffic of 2.4 million passengers and 350.000 vehicles it is placed among the busiest ports in the Mediterranean.

LUKA ŠIBENIK • PORT OF ŠIBENIK

Šibenik je jedna od najbolje zaštićenih luka na hrvatskom Jadranu. Nalazi se na poplavnom ušću rijeke Krke, koja sa 75km dugim tokom i 360m ukupnim padom, stvara jedinstven prirodni rezervat.

Luka je prirodno zaštićena od uticaja vjetra i talasa. Povezana je sa zaleđem drumom i željeznicom.

Šibenik is one of the best protected ports in Croatian Adriatic. It is situated in an inundated estuary of the Krka River, which with its 75km long flow and 360m of total fall, creates a unique natural reserve.

The port is naturally protected from the influence of wind and waves. It is connected to the hinterland by road and railway.

LUKA SPLIT • PORT OF SPLIT

Luka Split ima izuzetno povoljan geografski položaj na Mediteranu i predstavlja jedan od najznačajnijih centara lokalnog i međunarodnog pomorskog saobraćaja.

Povezana je sa zaleđem autoputem i željeznicom što čini ovu luku raskrsnicom nekoliko važnih transportnih koridora koji povezuju cijeli Mediteran. Uz godišnji saobraćaj od 3.5 miliona putnika i 650.000 vozila, to je treća luka po veličini na Mediteranu.

The Port of Split is situated at an exceptionally favourable geographic position on the Mediterranean and it is one of the most important centres of local and international maritime traffic.

It is connected to the hinterland by highway and railway which makes this port an intersection of several important transport corridors which link the entire Mediterranean. With annual traffic of 3.5. million passengers and 650.000 vehicles, it is the third largest port in the Mediterranean.

Dubrovnik je prestižna destinacija Mediterana za kruzere u tranzitu.

Luka se sastoji od veza Grad i luke Gruž i prima do tri velika kruzera sa kružnih putovanja kao i putničke feribote na redovnim linijama između svih hrvatskih glavnih luka i italijanskih luka Ankone, Barija i Peskare.

Dubrovnik is a prestigious Mediterranean destination for cruise ships in transit.

The port consists of Berth Grad and Port of Gruž and it receives up to three mega cruisers from round trips as well as passenger ferries on regular routes between all Croatian major ports and Italian ports of Ancona, Bari and Pescara.

Luka Bar je holding kompanija, u kojoj je država glavni vlasnik sa učešćem od 54% u korporativnom kapitalu. Kapacitet luke je 5 miliona tona godišnje, različitih vrsta tereta.

Geografski položaj Bara kao i poslovni kapaciteti i struktura osoblja koje luka ima na raspolaganju, garantuju obavljanje posla sa klijentima koji posluju u ovom regionu ili samo ulaze na ovo tržište.

Port of Bar is holding company, in which the State is main holder with participation 54% in corporate capital. The capacity of the Port is 5 million tones, of different types of cargoes, per year.

Geographic position of Bar as well its business capacities and personnel structure which Port has at its disposal, guarantee doing business with the clients operating in this region or just entering this market area.

LUKA DRAČ • PORT OF DURRES

Luka Drač je jedna od najstarijih jadranskih luka u Evropi i najveća u Albaniji. Posjeduje četiri terminala a pretovaraju se teretni brodovi različitih vrsta i veličina.

Njen strateški položaj joj garantuje ključnu ulogu u komunikaciji između istoka i zapada za teretni i putnički saobraćaj. Važan je čvor na Balkanu.

The Port of Durrës is one Europe’s oldest Adriatic ports and the biggest in Albania. It has four terminals and handles freight ships of different types and sizes.

Its strategic position guarantees it a crucial role in communication between East and West for both freight and passengers traffic. It is an important node in the Balkans.

LUKA KRF • PORT OF CORFU

Luka Krf, u sjeverozapadnoj Grčkoj, je glavni pristupni put, od/do ostrva, za putnike i teret. U posljednje tri godine primila je prosječno 1.3 miliona putnika, 536.000 vozila i 485 kruzera (640.000 putnika).

Razvoj luke se vezuje za pomorski turizam, krstarenja i jedrenje: dobro je povezana sa grčkim, italijanskim i albanskim lukama.

The port of Corfu, in the Greece north-west, is the main access route, to/from the island, for passengers and cargo. In the last three years has welcomed an average of 1.3 million passengers, 536.000 vehicles and 485 cruise ships (640,000 passengers).

The port development is related to the maritime tourism, cruise and yaghting: it is well connected with the Greeks, Italians and Albanians ports.

LUKA IGOUMENICA • PORT OF IGOUMENITSA

Luka Igumenica, u sjeverozapadnoj Grčkoj, je trenutno druga luka po veličini u Grčkoj: sa svojom lokacijom, modernim objektima i vezom sa grčkim autoputem, predstavlja glavnu kapiju od/do Jugoistočne Evrope.

Dobro je povezana sa ostatkom Grčke i predodređena je da postane, do 2013. važna luka za kruzere.

The port of Igoumenitsa, in the north-western Greece, is currently the second largest port in Greece: with its location, the modern facilities and connection to the motorway Greek, it is a major gate from/to South East Europe.

Well connected to the rest of Greece, is destined to become, by 2013, an important cruise port.
