Background
From the results of formative and summative assessment ought reported to be useful for educational purposes. Through valuation report all interested parties to determine the ability and progress of students, as well as to determine the success of education in schools, and on that basis anyway authorities can determine the steps and efforts should be made to improve the process and outcomes of education.
Formulation Of The Problem
1. How is the follow-up assessment and reporting assessment results?

The Purpose
