Mod. 91 E

Sewing machine with CHAIN STITCH, 1 needle, 1 thread, ideal to join WOVEN fabrics, KNITTED fabrics, plastic materials, NON-WOVEN fabrics, felts, agriculture nets, fiber glass, kevlar and so on. Available with BATTERY, when requested the seam in places without electric connection or simply for people appreciating the “no cable/wireless” technology for making sewing where necessary. In case of use of the machine in dangerous places and/or with fire/burst risks, the right CHOISE is the PNEUMATIC version, especially studied for such uses. Mod. TC101E (Standard Stitch 17mm width)

BUTTED SEAM SEWING machine, 1 needle, 1 thread, ideal to join head-to-tail with FLAT seam – without thickness – WOVEN - KNITTED - COATED fabrics, artificial leather, NO WOVEN fabrics and so on for the preparation to textile process and mainly to DIGITAL PRINTING.

The perfect FLAT SEAM and the very EASY HANDLING of the machine TC101 E grants the

perfect installation inside any DIGITAL PRINTING department as well as the seam done is

considered the BEST solution for the joining of the rolls at the entrance of DIGITAL PRINTING

machines due to the TOTAL ABSENCE of any EXTRA THICKNESS on fabrics.

HIGH QUALITY of the MATERIALS used for manufacturing of machine mod. TC101E, grants a huge flexibility of use on light fabrics (60/70gsm) as well as on heavy fabrics (up to 450/500 gsm and more). Standard sewing depth 17mm. – ON DEMAND mod. “101E W” suitable to reach 21mm. sewing depth. Mod. 91SA-E

Chain stitch sewing machine, 1 needle, 1 thread, designed to close by seam BAGS in PAPER, PLASTIC, NET, JUTA, FABRICS, and so on. The wide arm of the unit allows to easily seam SMALL, MEDIUM and LARGE BAGS. Possibility to seam attaching "CREPE PAPER" or even inserting in the seam a special reinforcing cord. Very easy the use thanks to the ergonomic handle and its weight under 3,5 kg in the electric model. Available with BATTERY, when requested the seam in uncomfortable places or without electric connection or simply for people appreciating the “no cable/wireless” technology for making sewing where necessary. Seam type D

TYPE OF SEAM D is the "LEADER" in the END WISE JOINING SEAM of KNITTED and WOVEN fabrics for their preparation to textile operation as DYEING, PRINTING and FINISHING. The seam is perfectly FLAT, 1 thread, easy dethreading and the absence of COPY MARK is granted. Each sewing head can be SET in order to obtain a FLAT seam, GAP seam or OVERLAPPED seam as per request of the process maintaining always the best PERFOMANCES both in TRADITIONAL TEXTILE and in TECHNICAL TEXTILE field. On the base of the specific requirements of the process, the following solutions are available:

Seam type Y

Type of seam Y, FLAT at 1 thread with REINFORCING OF STICTHES ON SELVEDGES, is the MOST RESISTENT seam in the END WISE JOINING SEAM of grey woven fabrics during the preparation to the DYEING and PRINTING operations. Due to the higher stitch density, the seam is MORE RESISTANT and will not “open” accidentally on selvedges, avoiding in this way the folding up of the selvedge with the risk of wastage of many meters of fabrics. Each sewing head can be SET with different SET-UPS in order to obtain a FLAT seam, GAP seam or OVERLAPPED seam as per request of the process maintaining always the best PERFOMANCES both in TRADITIONAL TEXTILE and in TECHNICAL TEXTILE field. On the base of the specific requirements of the process, the following solutions are available: MOVABLE STANDS ON WHEELS Mod. TU03 / GAB24 Movable stands either in painted steel (by epossidic paints) or in stainless steel, available with electric feeding (380V. three-phases, 220V. single phase, 48V single phase or with battery 24V) or with PNEUMATIC operation (suitable for dangerous working conditions). Solution recommended for the JOINING of the SINGLE PIECE inside the grey department to make the BATCH (A frame) to be processed inside the textile mill. The stitch reinforcing is AUTOMATICALLY moved by the machine during its running on the sewing rail TA21. The density of the stitches on the edges and in the middle of the seam can be adjusted acting on a specific adjusting device. AUTOMATIC STITCHING LINE Mod. Seam type 105/W The type of seam "105" FLAT and without THICKNESS, at 1 thread, is the RIGHT SOLUTION for the END to END JOINING SEAM of WOVEN and KNITTED FABRICS for the preparation to the traditional DYEING/PRINTING processes and also DIGITAL PRINTING. Stitch depth is 17mm and the maximum speed is 2000 rpm. The model "W" of the same unit, is the ANSWER to the problem of END to END joining seam of weak fabrics because due to the wider stitch of 21mm instead the standard one of 17mm, GRANTS higher resistance in any textile operation MAINLY in CONTINUE and DISCONTINUE TUMBLER DRYIER. Both seams are perfectly FLAT, 1 thread, very USEFULL for DIGITAL PRINTING and also for DYEING for the absence of extra thick at every joint of 2 rolls in work.

The seam type EM flat/without THICKNESS, at 1 thread is the answer to the problems of joining END to END HEAVY fabrics (tufting and woven carpets, coated fabrics, artificial leather and also knitted fabrics) because thanks to the strong mechanical structure of the sewing head it allows to seam products having a weight up to 1500 gsm. Stitch depth 21mm. – sewing speed 2000 rpm. It is also possible vary the machine SET-UP in order to obtain a FLAT seam, a little OPEN seam (GAP) or even OVERLAPPED seam with high resistance according to the different request of job. On the base of the specific requirements of the process, the following solutions are available: MOVABLE STANDS ON WHEELS Mod. Seam type 128-01 CHAIN STITCH sewing type 128-01, at 1 thread is IDEAL to join END to END woven and knitted fabrics for the preparation to textile operations that require HIGH RESISTANCE by the seam a MILLING, JET DYEING, TUMBLER DRYING etc. It can sew either DRY and WET fabrics, due to the fact that all parts contacting the fabric are made in stainless steel. Adjustable stitch length from 3 up to 6mm and maximum speed 1200 stitches per minute. In presence of very HEAVY and THICK products (1200/1500gsm) it is also available a special model with DOUBLE FEED DOG (upper and lower) in order to maintain always parallel and well aligned the 2 fabric edges during the stitching process granting always the BEST QUALITY for the seam. On the base of the specific requirements of the process, the following solutions are available:

Seam type 128-02

DOUBLE CHAIN STITCH sewing type 128-02, at 2 threads is IDEAL to join END to END woven and knitted fabrics for the preparation to textile operations that require HIGH RESISTANCE by the seam a MILLING, JET DYEING, TUMBLER DRYING etc. La presenza di 2 AGHI, permette di eseguire 2 CUCITURE parallele e SFALSATE ad una distanza di 1mm l'una dall'altra ottenendo in questo modo il MASSIMO DELLA RESISTENZA. The presence of 2 needles on the machine grants the execution of 2 seams PARALLEL and at a distance of 1mm one by the other. The MAXIMUM RESISTANCE is guaranted. It can sew either DRY and WET fabrics, due to the fact that all parts contacting the fabric are made in stainless steel. PATENTED working system that foresee the SIMULTANEOS: ROLL'S UNWINDING + AUTOMATIC STITCHING

that if done together grants a very important improvement of the DAILY capacity of each worker up to 60/70% in comparison with a traditional system of job where the above processes (roll's unwinding and stiching) are done in 2 different times. More ... AUTOMATIC STICH improves also the QUALITY of the stitch done granting the BEST QUALITY from this process for the following reasons: - STRAIGHT SEAM: the seam done by the system is STRAIGHT and PERPENDICULAR to

the selvedges preventing folds or creases during continuous processes. This is a very big advantage for DIGITAL PRONTING and continues dyeing.

- SEAM with WELL ALIGNED SELVEDGES: the 2 selvedges, sewn at beginning and end of

the seam, are WELL ALIGNED, so preventing any problem during continuous finishing process and/ or DIGITAL PRNTING.

- FLAT SEAM: the seam is FLAT, without thickness - type "Y" or type "EM" - Pls see the

different kind of seams in "end to end" chapter to get more details. Recommanded for DIGITAL PRINTING.

- SEAM with AUTOMATIC THREAD CUTTING: at the beginning and to the end of the seam,

the machine makes automatically the cutting of the sewing thread. The AUTOMATIC sewing group mod. CA5 can be equipped with a PATENTED PRINTER for the printing oon the fabric SIMULTANEOUSLY to the seam and alphanumeric code for the identification of the fabric inside textile mill. The CODE is printed in ZERO TIME been done simultaneously to the sewing process. Pls visit also the chapter "PRINTER WRITE 14N" to get more details on the process. Automatic sewing group mod. CA5 can process fabric in ROLLS, SINGLE PIECES, PALLETTIZED and on A FRAME without any difficoutly thanks to the many different technical set-up and configurations available.

The machine can be equipped and completed with some EXIT GROUPS that on the base of the each specific request can UPWIND the fabric on A FRAME, PLAIT DOWN the same fabric in a TROLLEY or in case it is required flexibilty to the line, it is possible the installation of a COMBINED EXIT on A frame and on TROLLEY. In case it is required the CLEANING of the fabric by the textile dust coming by weaving process, it is possible the installation on the line of AUTOMATIC brushing systems and dust vacum in order to clean the fabric processed and collect the dust by mean a specific filtering systems. AUTOMATIC bag sewing machine for the closing in TUBULAR FORM of open width fabric with a chain stitch seam EDGE on EDGE. Two different model are available: one for KNITTED FABRICS (mod. 2190-M1-SP) and one for WOVEN FABRICS / WOOL (mod. 2190-L1-SP). The stitch done is CHAIN stitch 1 neelde, 1 thread very EASY to be "unstitched/dethreaded". Thanks to the installation on the machine of different electronic CONTROLS, the machine grants: - FASTEST speed actully available on the WORLD WIDE market (up to 80 meters pe rminute

Mod. CAT301 - PATENT PENDING

AUTOMATIC machine for the end wise joining seam of TUBULAR KNITTED fabrics in order to prepare it to the next textile finishing processes. Thanks to the PATENTED system of job, the use of the machine CAT301 grants a strong improvement of the PRODUCTIVITY of the worker and the QUALITY of the stitch done in comparison with standard system of job used till now. An improvement of the QUALITY of the seam done means: - STRAIGHT SEAM: STRAIGHT SEAM grants in the absence of FOLDS across every joining

seam during the follow textile process. - SEAM WITH DROP NEEDLE / STITCH ALIGNED: a DROP NEEDLE / STITCH ALIGNED

across every seam, grants the best performances by the SLITTING MACHINE improving on the quality and the productivity of the Entire Process.

- SEWING Over Lock: over lock sewing is done in 2 or 3 Wire, ideal for the entire finishing

process later. - SEWING OPEN / CLOSED: CLOSED the stitching may be at the end of the seam of the tube

or PARTIALLY OPEN by simply turning a selector switch on the machine.

- CUTTING SEWING with the wire in AUTOMATIC: at the beginning and end of the seam runs the thread trimming sewing machine and the aspiration of tissue CUT during the execution of the seam with the deposit in a special collecting box.

The sewing unit AUTOMATIC CAT301 can get the fabric SMALL ROLLS (Weight 20/25kg) in BIG ROLLS (Weight 80/100kg), in pallets or in CASSONI FALDATI. In the case of LARGE ROLLS is possible the installation of a UPS SHIPPING AUTOMATIC ROLLS at the same position of the operator thus optimizing the entire work cycle in compliance with the accident prevention regulations in force.

Mod. WRITE14 N

New ALPHANUMERIC PRINTER to print out the IDENTITY CODE on FABRICS. The SPECIAL INK USED on the printer is FAST DRY (5 seconds) and it is RESISTANT to all chemical processes on fabrics (singing, bleaching, mercerizing etc) granting always legible the identity code of each single piece during the whole production cycle. Thanks to the presence of 2 tanks on the machine (one for ink and one for solvent), it is possible to CLEAN the printer at the end of each working shift and re-start the day after without any trouble coming by the ink dry in the pipes. By means of different software interfaces, the printer can be logged to the most usefull softwares of the customer. As alternative it can read a bar-code/labels and prints out it on the fabric or also the printer can be managed by own touch-screen on which type the code to print out.

Mod. BRUSH

BRUSHING and CLEANING SYSTEMS for grey fabrics. It’s a very important operation which REDUCES significantly the textile DUSTS on the grey fabrics, granting better QUALITY and PRODUCTIVITY in the following operations of singeing, bleaching, mercerizing and finishing. Available different solutions according to the single requirements, with 2 BRUSHES (mod. BRUSH 2S), with 2 BRUSHES + BEATER (mod. BRUSH 2S+B) and with 4 BRUSHES (mod. BRUSH 4S). Each brush is motorized independently and by some adjusting systems it is possible to vary the incidence corner (contact) of the brush on the fabric, obtaining more or less cleaning effect. All brushing groups are equipped with suction cap for the connection with the dusts filtering group (mod. BOR-FAN). AUTOMATIC cleaning of the filters moved by an electronic pressure detector and automatic ejecton of the dust collected by means of a motorized Archimede screw. As alternative the dust collected can be stored in special container with bags and MANUALLY removed. The main FAN is acustically INSULATED and equipped with silencer.

Thanks to its extremely SIMPLE use, these lines are very flexible and suitable for MEDIUM/SMALL productions range or in presence of SPECIAL fabrics/fibers where the automatic machine (model CA5) CANNOT be used. The 1090 line includes "base" machine, that can be completed / set with a series of options that allow to the customer to complete the line as per its personal requirements. There are specific lines for light fabrics, for DENIM, for upholstery fabric, shirting and for KNITTED FABRIC IN OPEN WIDTH.

Each 1090’s line can be completed with a SEWING RAIL mod. TA21 (see END to END seam - chapter number 2) to join the single rolls in work with a STRAIGHT seam of HIGH QUALITY with selvedges well aligned even IN PRESENCE OF OPEN WIDTH KNITTED FABRICS.

Mod. R210-3 ORL SUP-EVO10 AUTOMATIC machine of the latest generation for the LONGITUDINAL and BILATERAL HEMMING on TERRY TOWELS. Sewing machine installed is chain stitch, 1 needle, 2 threads. As option it is suitable a chain stitch machine 2 needles, 4 threads. Calibration System of the cloth to hem made by means of an automatic EDGE TRIMMER moved by an optical pile’s reader, that grants a straight and constant width of cloth with the pile. Automatic machine per the longitudinal OVEREDGING of the fabric's edges for the preparation to DIGITAL PRINTING. The machine makes the ARTIFICIAL SELVEDGE on 2 longitudinal sides of the fabric by means of an overlock machine in order to trim out all or partially the selvedge and optimize in this way the follow DIGITAL PRINTING process. Thanks to the special SET-UP the machine make a stitch very THIN in comparison with all the standards actually available on the market that permit to DIGITAL PRINTING to work with continuity and high definition. The functionament is AUTOMATIC and the operator can adjust the quantity of fabric to trim out for artificial selvedge, the tension of the fabric during the stitching process and any other parmaetr of work by means of a display. AUTOMATIC MACHINE FOR THE MANUFACTURING OF BAGS and SHOPPING BAGS in different material as cotton, no woven fabrics, jute, net, etc. Automatic working cycle foresees the attachment of the closing rope and hem on the mouth of the bag and than the cross cutting to pre-set size with the other 2 closing seams made with overlock machine at 3-4 or 5 threads. One finished the sewing process, each single bag is unloaded on a stocking belt. As option it is possible complete the machine with a "BAG's REVERSING system" and a LABELLING DEVICE for the attachment of a FLAT label inside the overlock seam. Bag's folding and cross cutting can be managed at pre-set size (with encoder) or as alternative reading a reference mark on the fabric in order to maintain perfectly aligned/centered on the front part of the bag any drawing/logos etc. previously printed on the fabric. The machine is managed with PLC and PC through which the operator can set and adjust any working parameter of the machine. It is also possible SAVE different FILES/WORKING RECIPES in the PC and use these when the working process need a specific set-up already done. Automatic machine for LONGITUDINAL CUTTING of NATURAL and SYNTHETIC fabrics with COLD and HOT blades The model (TF 200 COLD) with multiple cutting heads, is developed for the longitudinal cutting of NATURAL FABRICS as COTTON, WOOL, JUTE etc.

Thanks to the very compact cutting heads, it is granted a minimum width of each stripe up to 120mm. As alternative the model (TF 200 HOT) with mulitple cutting heads is developed for the longitudinal cutting of SYNTHETIC FABRICS as POLYESTER and BLENDS. Thanks to the control of the temperature of each cutter installed, it is possible to cut perfectly any syntethic fabrics with welding of the 2 sides but WITHOUT any burning of the same due to uncontrolled temperature. The fabric's stripes at the exit of the cutting systems are ROLLED up on paper core for the next working process. In case of very NARROW stripes it is possible to ROLL UP the stripes on 2 different rolls at shifted layers in order to separate on each paper core one narrow stripe by the closed one.
