Google when customers are searching for you.
• It is a continuous process of promoting positive content to the top of Google search results and covering the negative content to lessen the chances of your target customers seeing it.
• The least you want them to see are negative feedback about your business.
Importance of ORM• Online reputation management can be critical.
• Fixing information that’s been published about you badly is a real problem. (Examples are online reviews, blogs, or comments that are published by other people in other websites.)
• There is a low chance that the search engines are going to take the data down. Even if they remove it from their index it will still be available on the website where it’s published.
Positive Online Reputation• The internet is a vast ground and there are millions of
places where customers can put their feedback about your product. Tracking down every single content and taking them all down would be impossible.
• All information about you and your business will be indexed ny Google and it would be difficult to turn the tables once the information is already published.
• To protect your brand, you have to manage your online reputation.
