Introduction

Invisible technologies:There is some ways people can do more and communicate better.

Imagine your first time with a computer or a smartphone and think along time how you get that technology in your daily life.

The Assumption of Technology

The development of technology has changed the world completely. Although

some generations are still opposing technology, is not secret that new generations are becoming more and more digital.

The way to work / easy / secure / fast.

How the culture adopt techs.

The organizational culture is a system of shared beliefs which is integrated by the members of the enterprise. They need to integrate their

labor to the interior and adapt to the changes of the exterior.

“In a challenging world, the partners need to adapt to survive”

At the the beginning adaptation implies:stress, low productivity, uncertainty, problems of communication and conflict-environment. To face the challenges people will generate attitudes and consequently behaviors of adaptation: This will be really conscious, but with time they will become natural.

“Culture comes when the importance of meanings is lost, because everything comes as truth”
