Exhibit C.11.12 shows the methodology used for other Toyota SRS ECUs to impart impinged-acceleration pulses on those ECUs, read the recorded acceleration counts, and then calibrate therecorded acceleration counts with the known external accelerometer output.
Example of ASA vs ECUacceleration and calculated(integrated) ASA vs ECU Delta-Vfor the above Device Under Test(DUT). Note also that this testproduced an ECU deploy pulse, andthe Driver Squib 1 firing pulse isshown on the common time line.This allows evaluation of the Timeto Fire (TTF) parameter.
