Coral: Coral is one of the most

colourful tropical plants in the

world. Full grown coral will eat little

baby coral If you cut yourself on a

piece coral and you don't clean it,

the coral will grow inside your skin

that’s really gross.

Seaweed: Seaweed is one of the

most slimiest, hardest plants and

some people think it is really nice.

Although there are some that are

very poisonous. There are no roots

or flowers. They need a flat hard

surface, like a rock to grow on.

Seagrass: Seagrasses live in

water of most of the worlds of

the marine environment. They

are the main diet of dugongs

and green turtles they give

habitat for many, smaller

marine animals, like prawns

and fish.

Otters: Otters are fun animals to

watch and they are really smart.

Otters eat mainly fish but many

people think that they eat plants

and berries. They are definitely

meat eaters. Otters are the only

species that doesn’t have a

muscle in the tail. The otters

use it as weapon and tell them

were to move in the water.

Turtles: Even though turtles are very

slow on land turtles can swim at 22 km

per hour. Some turtles can dive 3,000

feet below water surface. A turtle shell

(made up of 60 bones) is attached to its

spine that’s why turtles can feel pain

through their shell. Turtles do not have

ears to hear they only feel vibrations.

However, their sense of smell is very

strong.

Great white shark: Great White

Sharks breed late in life. They do

not start breeding until they’re at

least twenty years old. The Great

White Shark is not all white. The

shark’s back is dark blue, gray,

brown or black. The Great White

Shark lives for about 25 years.

with a well very good brain.

They are very smart. It has eyes

on each side of its head. They

are completely deaf. They talk

colour.

pieces they can all grow back

to be a new star fish. Star fish

can have more than 4 arms

some have 12 and some have
