public corporation.Change it name to telenor in1995.Listed in stock Exchange in Dec 2000.Now 12 Market around the world.

TELENOR IN PAKISTANTelenor acquired the license for providing GSM

service in Pakistan in Aprial,2004.Launched its service commercially in

Islamabad , Rawalpindi and Krachi on March 15,2005.

On March 23,2005 telenor started its service in Lahor , Faislbad and Hydrabad.

Fast growing cellur network in Pakistan.Telenor Pakistan is 100%owne by telenor group

and adds on it operations in Asia togather withThiland ,Malysia and Bangladaish
