1. Analysis of the first 500 signals of cells with moving centroids.

2. Determination of clusters of lymphocytes granulocytes, monocytes and ghost when analysing 1000 signals of cells.

3. Repitition of steps 1 and 2 until the values are stabil (max. 5 times), I. e. the centroides are in a fixed position.

4. If the differences are not stable after the 5. repetition, there will be no separation of WBC populations (grey area).

5. Adaptive Cluster Analysis System is done for all counted leucocytes (f.e. 25.670 cells, if the WBC concentration is 25,67 x 10^3/µL).

6. Result: Very exact differentiation, compared to flowcytometrie and the manual mikroscopic differential.

7. Result: Good differentiation even in pathological and older samples (24 h).
