WHY SHOULD YOU JOIN?� Before the events, DTU will do advertisement and PR for the

participating schools.� During the events, the visitors are genuine potential students and

parents. Besides, DTU will have a list of prospects registering for the events and enquiring about programs, even though only 20% -40% of them will turn up at the events.

� After the events, DTU will follow up with the prospects, who either turned up at the events or logged their contacts with DTU. And DTU will also continue to promote for your schools by advertisement, PR, and sometimes info-sessions/seminars.

� Our recruitment target for each participating school is 2 to 5 students per event, within 6 months' time after each event.

WHY SHOULD YOU JOIN?� You will be allocated at a table, and consult and talk to potential

students and parents� This event would be a great opportunity to advertise your schools

and approach potential students� The information of this education fair will be widely spread to

more than 250k prospects within our network. � And each event itself is expected to welcome from at least 200 to

400 visitors.

WHY SHOULD YOU JOIN?� With a lot of experiences organizing events, DTU guarantees that

this event will be professionally and effectively organized� Only selected schools from the US, Singapore, UK, Australia,

Canada, Germany, New Zealand… are invited to join� Extensive marketing, advertising coverage, attractive prizes and

activities will attract a high number of prospective students� This is the peak period for recruitment activities, and hence the

right time to roll out marketing activities.

ITEMS IN EDUCATION FAIR� Seminar: each seminar takes place in 45 minutes� Booth: each school will be allocated a table, can decorate and showcase

all the banners, standees, distribute brochures, etc… within their booth area

� Logo on banner: the logo of the participant will be shown on a large banner in the center of the stage in the education fair hall, the standee banners in the public places.

� Ads on brochure: texts and images ads in the brochure; the brochures will be widely distributed in the education fair, and also sent to potential customers and high school, English centres in DTU’s and OVSC’s network.

� Drawing lottery: the assigned schools’ representatives will draw lottery tickets and present prizes to lottery winners. The prizes will be IPAD, perfume and other valuable products
