Our Trademark- Unique Showcase Themes…To make things more interesting and exciting for our exhibitors, all of our shows have a unique
theme. The theme is carried out through our advertisement, the exhibit space and stage décor. Although we do not require our exhibitors to adhere to the theme,
we welcome their participation. Our theme for this show is a Nautical Wedding Theme.
Record Attendance by Qualified Brides-to-beOur shows have consistently been the most attended of any in the area with registration as high as 350 brides-to-be and 1,000 people overall! Although we always attract an impressive number of brides, our emphasis is on quality rather than quantity. We require brides to invest in the show by purchasing tickets for them and each of their guests. Additionally, we do not giveaway tickets or dozens of prizes but rather limit our grand prize giveaway to one luxury honeymoon. Our goal is to attract the bride that is serious about doing business with your company and not looking for an afternoon of free entertainment and/or to win door prizes.

Retainer is non-refundable; no exceptions. Exhibit space
will only be reserved if a retainer or the full balance ac-

days prior to the show. Exhibitor will forfeit booth space
and their retainer if full balance is not paid within 30 days
of the showcase date. Contracts received within 30 days
of the show must include full payment. Cancellations
within 45 days of the show are subject to a 100% cancel-
lation fee (the full price of the booth). Returned checks
will be subject to a $35 fee. Sophisticated Gents, Inc.
will not make any refund or exchange for cancellation or
failure to appear at the show.

Terms & Conditions for Participation in
A Sophisticated Bridal Showcase
Sunday, June 22, 2014
Exhibitor agrees to have its exhibit ready for public viewing no later than 12:00 pm on Sunday, June 22, 2014. If exhibitor has not arrived by 11:30 am, they will forfeit booth fees.
Exhibitor agrees that leads acquired at their booth at A Sophisticated Bridal Showcase as well as the leads A Sophisticated Bridal Showcase provides to the Exhibitor in the lead list are for the sole use of the Exhibitor. These leads may not be sold or lent to a third party or used to promote non-Exhibitors of A Sophisticated Bridal Showcase. A penalty fee of $300 per lead will be assessed if Exhibitor sells or gives lead list to a non-Exhibitor. In addition, leads may NOT be used to promote any other bridal show, consumer event or association!
Exhibitor shall not assign, sublet, subcontract or apportion the whole or any part of the space allotted, or has representatives, equipment, or materials from other than their own firm in the said space without prior consent from Sophisticated Gents, Inc./A Sophisticated Showcase.
Booth space will only be reserved if retainer or full balance accompanies Exhibit Space Contract. Exhibitor will forfeit booth space and their retainer if balance is not paid by balance due date.
Retainers/deposits are non-refundable and cancellations within 45 days of the show are subject to a 100% cancellation fee (the full price of the booth).
Exhibitor agrees to occupy and maintain its exhibit space during advertised show hours (1:00 – 5:00 pm).
Exhibitor agrees to clean up exhibitor space prior to leaving the Showcase. Exhibitor agrees to take everything they brought with them and agrees to place any trash into a nearby trash receptacle. If Sophisticated Gents, Inc./A Sophisticated Showcase has to clean up what Exhibitor left behind, Exhibitor agrees to pay for clean-up at the cost of $35 per hour.
Exhibitor understands that in the highly unlikely event of a mistake on Exhibitor’s booth sign or program listing, Exhibitor is not entitled to any type of compensation or refund and it will not be considered a breach of this contract.
Exhibitor agrees not to disassemble their display until 5:00 pm on June 22, 2014. If exhibitor disassembles any items in their booth prior to 5:00 pm, Exhibitor will NOT receive leads list and may not be eligible to participate in our next Sophisticated Bridal Showcase.
There is a returned check fee of $35.
Exhibitor shall not hang, tape nail, staple or affix any banners, signs or likewise on any walls, columns and/or windows, etc at the venue. All signage must be hung within the exhibit booth space.
Under no circumstances may the exhibitor or any of their employees/assistants working at the show be eligible to win showcase prizes.
Under no circumstances may the exhibit exceed the allocated exhibit space as designated by Sophisticated Gents, Inc./A Sophisticated Showcase. No exhibit shall interfere with the flow of traffic down the aisles or infringe on the rights of other Exhibitors.
Exhibitor is charged with having knowledge of and compliance with all laws, ordinances, and regulations pertaining to licensing, sales tax, health, fire prevention, public safety, copyright, and the American with Disabilities Act. Exhibit materials, decorations and display items must be non-flammable and fire retardant. In addition, exhibit must not interfere or block aisles, exits and/or exit doors. Exhibitor understands that candles are prohibited. If an exhibit doesn’t comply with these regulations, or otherwise presents a hazard or danger, Sophisticated Gents, Inc./A Sophisticated Showcase and/or the Melbourne Auditorium, may remove the exhibit with no liability for refund of exhibit fees.
Exhibitor understands that no cooking and food preparation of any kind is allowed on premises (Melbourne Auditorium). If Exhibitor will be passing out food samples, they must be prepared prior to the showcase and prior to arrival at the Melbourne Auditorium.
Exhibitor assumes all responsibility and liability for losses, damage and claims arising out of Exhibitor’s activities on the premises of the Melbourne Auditorium, injury or damage to exhibits, displays, equipment and other property brought upon the premises of the Melbourne Auditorium, and shall indemnify and hold harmless Sophisticated Gents, Inc./A Sophisticated Showcase, the City of Melbourne and the facility (Melbourne Auditorium), their agents, servants and employees from any and all such losses, damages and claims. The Exhibitor acknowledges that neither Sophisticated Gents, Inc./A Sophisticated Showcase nor the facility carries insurance of any kind on the exhibits or property of the Exhibitor.
Exhibitors who desire insurance on their exhibit must place same at their own expense.
Exhibitor shall be solely responsible to ensure that any sales, drawings, lotteries or contests held by Exhibitor on the premises are conducted in strict compliance with the law.
Exhibitor agrees that Sophisticated Gents, Inc./A Sophisticated Showcase may list the Exhibitor in show promotional materials and use photography and/or video taken at the show for publicity purposes without compensation to the Exhibitor.
Any delay or non-occurrence of A Sophisticated Bridal Showcase on June 22, 2014 will not be considered a breach of this Contract if such delay is caused by fire, flood, natural disaster, act of God, act of war or terrorism, venue cancellation/scheduling issue or any other event beyond the control of Sophisticated Gents, Inc./A Sophisticated Showcase; provided, however that in the event that A Sophisticated Bridal Showcase is not held for any of the foregoing reasons, Sophisticated Gents, Inc./A Sophisticated Showcase will refund to the Exhibitor the amount paid for its booth space less a prorated share of all of the expenses incurred for the Bridal Showcase up to the date of required cancellation.
Exhibitor understands that they will only receive the number of tables indicated on the Exhibit Space Contract. Exhibitor understands that they will only receive electricity if they ordered and paid for it through Sophisticated Gents, Inc./A Sophisticated Showcase. No additional tables or unordered electricity will be available the day of the Showcase.
Exhibitor agrees that an Exhibit Space Contract transmitted by fax is as valid as an original document and enforceable there as.
Distribution of samples of food, cake, beverages or other edible items is subject to approval by Sophisticated Gents, Inc./A Sophisticated Showcase. Sample size must be limited to 2-3 oz and must NOT be for sale. Exhibitors who distribute edible items agree to assume all liability and hold harmless Sophisticated Gents, Inc./A Sophisticated Showcase, Melbourne Auditorium and representatives of the same for damage or injury which might ensure by reason of such distribution.
Exhibitor understands that they will NOT be allowed to sell food or beverage.
Exhibitor understands that they will NOT be allowed to serve or sell alcoholic beverages regardless of the size.
Sophisticated Gents, Inc./A Sophisticated Showcase reserves the right to determine eligibility of any company to exhibit in the showcase and further reserves the right to reject or cancel any Exhibit Space Contract and/or limit the number of Exhibitors in any category.
If any clause of this Exhibit Space Contract is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Exhibit Space Contract shall continue in full force and effect without regard to the invalidated clause.
